It's the GRAND FINALE of "Top Chef" season 3!

It's been a great season, and now it's down to the final three: chefs Dale, Casey, and Hung face off against one another in the cook-off of their lives...and you would *not* believe who their sous-chefs are!

Also? Their final dishes are *amazing*. The quality of their work this episode is very, very high. All three of the finalists have great futures ahead of them.

This is a longer-than-normal episode, and the winner will be revealed LIVE from Chicago, where filming for "Top Chef" season 4 (!) has just started.

BravoTV.com has a few lucky staff members backstage at the Chicago set, and they're busy taking exclusive photos and video footage for the website. Check back with BravoTV.com on Thursday and Friday for all the goodies, including a behind-the-scenes photo gallery and exclusive video interviews with the winner and the judges!

ENJOY!

Episode 309: "Second Helping"

Welcome to the Bravo message boards for episode 309 of "Top Chef"!

In this episode, our intrepid chefs get a "do-over" of last episode's Restaurant Wars challenge, where they split into teams of two and each attempted to open a restaurant (both front and back of the house) in one day. Now the two teams will be given feedback about their performances and will be asked to correct their earlier issues. Can they step up to the plate and fix their opening night flaws?

But first! There's a great QuickFire challenge that each team must complete: relay races! Sort of. You'll see.

Also, a chef you wouldn't necessarily have picked as a 'star' this season (judging on performance to date) gets to shine bigtime in this episode...

Enjoy!
