Except for Erica and Doug, the trainers are a bunch of idiots. I can't stand Brian anymore - ewww what a real jerk he is and the rest of them too. They're not enjoyable to watch - they're annoying to the point that I changed the channel! I think there should be more about Jackie's life and the clients.

I completely agree, this is so true! I was disgusted when Brian barged in and took that girl in Jackie's room. And Jesse saying that Jackie won't be back for 2 days, so he has time to clean up, and he didn't clean up a thing! UGH
doom
i like all of the female trainers...I'm madly in love with rebecca and zen. They seem so cool and confident about their bodies..they cant help it if their sooo hot.I would love to workout with them..because they just seem fun to be around, and as for erica honey please lighten up a bit and get that barbell outta ya butt

does anyone know if Jackie is still with Mimi??? I think Mimi is so annoying and Jackie can do soooo much better.

All I've gotta say is I'm hooked! I love to see successful lesbians. Absolutely love it.. and lesbian drama... yum! lol. Now my REAL goal in writing this reply is to hopefully start chatting with other cute lesbians that watch the show? ;-) lol.

The trainers must be hamming it up. I can't beleive they would act like that in the spa just because jackie isn't there. Honestly....I wouldn't be suprised if jackie lost a few potential clients after seeing this kindergarten stuff. Behaving badly off work is one thing, but to do it in a place of biz....

Anyone else think that doggie poo looked fake?

Yeah I love how these same trainers who were complaining about Rebecca's "unprofessional" behavior a couple weeks ago are now behaving this way. Bunch of hypocrites if you ask me. At least Rebecca is true to herself from the beginning...love her!
And Jackie...fliritng and blatanly hitting on your client...not so "professional" either dear.

The pooh...looked completely fake!
whoknows
anyone have an idea how much they folks charge for a work out. I I have only seen a few clients but the place looks so fancy. Is Bravo paying for everything>

I thought i was going to love this show, i've watched it from the first episode. I have to say the more i see the less i like everyone on the show. I had alot of respect for Jackie and as each week goes on i lose more and more. Mimi is a whack job but Jackie should stop professing her love to this chick and be honest, it's so clear that all Jackie really wants is to be the center of whatever room she is in and is drawn mostly to whoever pays her the most attention (not enough Mommy love as a child). I think she needs to stop POSING so much and just be real. She's lost my interest already.

So what if Brian is reperessed. He's the hottest guy I've ever seen in my life! His physique is amazing and I love his buzz cut and that cute smile and rugged good looks. He's awesome!

If you're ever passing through Georgia or anywhere else in the deep South, just head toward the swampy areas. You'll find about 10,000,000 of his kind. Just follow the trail of possum carcasses toward the swamp. They dont' call it the Dismal Swamp for noth'in!

Wow! I had no idea that there were 10,000,000 personal trainers with high end clients working in Georgia. Do they all work in an exclusive fitness facility like Brian too?

On the Sky Sport & Spa website it shows the trainers' rates. Jackie is $400/hour. I'm assuming Tess's medical insurance is covering that. The other trainers on the show $125/hour. Other trainers listed on the website not on the show charge $75/hour.

I am sorry you feel that way about me!

You are totally welcome bro!!!! I knew you were str8 but I didn't know you were married. That's cool tho. I thought I read somewhere that you were dating one of your clients for a while or something. A woman named Kate? Is she your wife now? Anyways your the reason I watch the show mostly. Hit me up on yahoo messenger sometime. My name is lucky_dude07. Dude you rock!!
PEELER
Thanks alot and yes she is my beautiful wife you can see more of her on the dinner date webbisode with me and rebbeca where I drill her new boy friend! Thanks for standing up for me but I figured it was high time I came on here and said a little something for myself! Its funny how alot of people think that I am not a good trainer on this message board but they have only seen me train for only what 2 mins. I must be pretty damn good because all my celebs have not left me and they praise me. It seems that I train alot of there families to. But you know I guess that is just a fluke. LOL Keep watching it only get better. It is time to get down and dirty. I am the snake in the grass you need to watch out for! LOL have fun and I will check the board to see how people respond so if you are out there and want to say something I will try to reply if I can I am really bussy so we will see! LATER

Hey Peeler, I think you're a great trainer, but let's get down to business...
Is Jackie available?
My username stands for pocket lesbian, because once you meet me, you want to put me in your pocket and take me with you!
ThatGirl9
Peeler!! whats up!! Question for you..are jackie and mimi still together now a days???
fitandfabulous
Amen. Wtf is up with this show? A dog in the gym? Poop on the floor? Being able to count sets and reps does not a trainer make. As far as Jackie is concerned, I hope that she did an assessment of her "socialite" before she began training her. Coming from a seasoned, experienced, professional trainer this show is a frikkin joke. Strictly entertainment only.

You have got to be kidding me? It is of such enormous necessity for BRAVO to consider the perception this so called "the best of the best" gym/trainers portrays to the world of professional fitness trainers. I've been there done that; worked for a billionaire family and traveled worldwide on the private jet, ran personal training programs at many of the more high end gyms in many high end communities around the world. I have a degree in the field, to include a masters degree, and now the pursuit of a PhD and a DO. This joke of gang who are the "best" are nothing less than amateur trainers putting on a circus act. Their boxing and martial arts techniques are beyond disgusting, not to mention the superstar owner who needs enormous help with her form (3rd degree black belt here, world ranked martial arts competitor, and the personal reference from some of the best in the world of martial artists, kickboxers, and boxers). Her certifications, you have got to be kidding me. Does anyone out there know the difference between American College of Sports Medicine, CSCS, NSCA, and AFFA, ACE, or better yet ISSA???? This program and the techniques, program, and protocols, of these so called professionals is actually much more of a comedy act than it is a reality. Trainers coming into the "gym" working with clients in jeans? What is this? Here is my take: in the next season of WORKOUT I dare BRAVO to take my trainers and my medical wellness program supervised by a world renown team of Internal Medicine Physicians, Health Psychologists, Physiologists, to name a few and pin them up with what Skybox has to offer. Beverly Hills doesn't have to be a circus act. We can show you what real professionalism and what the best have to offer. We will do circles around "Jackie" and the world can see what real class is all about! Competitive market they say??? I take my job seriously and am really good at what I do and a military background makes that so. Talk some sense, not nonsense.

This was the last thread so I chose to re: with this one, I love the show. I love working out. I love drama. That's why the show is on Bravo and not PBS because its a constructed show. I think its kind of scary how upset people are on this board about the representation of "truth". I think we all know what its like to be judged by others when they don't really know your true character. We behave badly sometimes as people, when that story is retold the details are different, the story is embelished for effect. Now add a camera that's doing the same thing.

Come on folks, we are adults we don't believe everything we see on tv. Or at least we should know we shouldn't. It's just a 48 minute dramatization of what life is sort of like for this group of people.

I think your being harsh calling Rebecca a reality show celeb wanna be...seems if I were Rebecca...and people kept wanting me for their shows..I would be honored and flattered to take part. It has to be better than us losers who sit at home..watch these people living their lives and then judge them. How silly we all are. Is it just me..or does Rebecca seem like very knowledgable and informative trainer.
Spin88
LOL....now thats freakin' funny! Can you get any more insecure??

Brian and Doug should be fired. They are total jackasses! I don't understand why Jesse didn't clean up the house. What is wrong with these people? Not only are they unprofessional, they are as bad as fratboys!

Yeah. Like we're expected to believe that Brian is pathetic enough to come on this board to defend his sexuality & character! (LOL). No way! This has to be a joke. Okay. The game is up, guys! Both "Peeler" and Lucky Guy07 are lovers (LOL). Just joking, LuckyGuy. I wouldn't even wish Peeler on you.

BTW, so what if Peeler is actually married? He could still be on the "down low" with Jesse (LOL!). Yes, he could be bisexual. Sorry, but that "he can't be gay because he's married" song & dance is right up there with "he can't possibly be gay because he's in a fraternity". Wasn't Rock Hudson married as well? On the other hand, this lame mantra seems to be right down Brian's alley (if Jesse isn't there already). Sorry, just joking.

BTW, I don't think it's so much that people on this board actually hate Peeler. It's just that we LOVE to dislike him, and he's given us a great deal of ammo in the first 4 episodes. You people standing behind Peeler, look out! He could very well blow a fart in your face at any minute. Now that's the real Brian that we all love to hate. I have no idea who this polite, subdued impostor is, but nice try.

What about Jackie's chain rope necklace... wanna find one of those? Anybody have any info?

Thanks G

I totally agree with you tobeannounced.

Whenever I see job postings in the fitness world. Employers want a college degree and certification. The certifications listed are always ACSM, NSCA, AFAA, and ACE as the top choices. They don't list ISSA, NESTA, APEX or anything else.
protrainer56
Erica is really hot but she needs to relax abit and be more assertive when left in charge of the other trainers. She comes across as a snich. I cant stand some of the behavior from the other trainers but it doesnt warrant telling Jackie.

Kudos to you for seeing and being aware that there are certifications out there that are valid! It cracks me up to see the folks who list all those ackronyms behind their names hoping that no one notices that it really doesn't mean anything. Heck, I put a LOT of years, research and sweat into my PhD, but the way some folks throw out a bunch of letters, mine might as well stand for Piled Higher and Deeper.

acronyms ,titles and degrees are only as good as the person. i worked with a trainer that didn;t have anything and he was the best trainer. I hired a woman for my company with no degrees and fired a woman with a phd. so its all relative. besides we all know there are plenty of ways for people to get titles and certifications and driving licenses without actually doing the work or learning anything.
JorgeViewer
Wasnt Doug also on the "Amazing Race"? By the way, what is the meaning of the black necklaces with a silver ring that the trainers and some of the clients were?
JorgeViewer
I think that the women of the "Work out" are very fine, especially Erica. She looks like a cross between Angelina Jolie and Demi Moore. I also think that Jelena the “Fahrenheit Girl” would be an excellent addition to the cast. Her web site is Jelenafit.com

Perhaps no one can answer this, but I would be curious to know, what does Jackie do for cardio? Does she run, cycle, swim, or anything like that? Has she run marathons or triathlons or anything like that? I notice she has a bike rack on the back of her vehicle. I would also be interested to know if she skis, climbs, paddles, hikes, surfs or does any other type of outdoor sports as well.
morethanagaygirl
So I googled Jackie Warner, just out of sheer boredom, just to see what was out there. And I got a link to her page on tv.com. It's the same Workout Jackie Warner and everything, but it also lists another appearance she made on some show called Killinascully as a power walker. Wierd, huh? Seems she was just a small time actor trying to hit it big before Workout. Hmmm...just some uhhh food for thought stuff.

bored and hungry

Living in LA you expect to see various actors and, recently, reality stars. But it's really weird to actually see people you know on a show.

Odd that Erica's age on here is 27. I used to work with her and could swear she was in her 30s. Still hot though.

And as for Kate (Brian's girlfriend), she used to dance/waitress at deja vu in north hollywood but has since moved on to Vegas.

I haven't read much about Doug on here so I wanted to make sure he gets a bit of spotlight. I am pleased to see a mature man as one of Jackie's trainers. He's wonderfully understated (although I hope we get to see more of him in future episodes) and has a great sense of self. He brings a distinguished and well-disciplined energy to the gym without having to go all-out military/hardcore. Plus, I appreciate Doug's awareness that touch is reassuring to his clients. If I were able to pick any of the trainers to train me, I would pick Doug hands down.

I heartily concur. For all the reasons you listed above, plus a few more, Doug would be the trainer in this gym whom I would feel most comfortable training me. An exceptional quality man who should be a role model for all of us -- not only in the gym, but also as a human being . . .

Well hello mr,ms or mrs to be announced, its me Andre. I just had to reply to your message since some of it was directed towards me. Check my credentials friend not only do I have a degree, I am nationally certified through NASM, ACE and APEX. Being a Desert Storm Veteran with a total of 12 years of service should count for something if you enjoy the freedom that you walk around with everyday partly provided by ME! Since you think your staff is the best of the best why don't you and your staff come and take my weekend boot camp. Then you will know why I am so goood at what I do.

Has anyone else seen Doug's treadmill training tip video on this site? I was honestly quite surprised at how winded he was getting walking on that treadmill for only about 5 minutes. It didn't seem like it was going that fast at all. Did anyone else notice this or is it just me?
Missfit
Since people are looking at this board, I have a question:
I am 5'4 and right now I weigh 115.5 lbs. I am medium boned and I work out 5 days a week. The problem is I think I don't look good for my frame and size. Other's think I am at my perfect weight.. I used to weigh alot less cause I was and still am counting calories. I used to weigh 105 and I got used to the way my clothes look on me and how I looked. I am still counting calories, but recently ( since May) I am really bad at keeping up with my diet. I have no problem going to the gym and following diet before dinner. After dinner I get so hungry that I eat whatever I see. I know it is bad to eat junk after dinner before bad. I need some advice on my weight and on how to avoid snacking .
juice
Amen sister/or brother...........Late night snacking is the devil but I can't stop myself. What time do you go to bed and what time do you wake up. I've discovered that since I stay up so late at night 2 or 3 am and get up at about 10am, I needed to incorporate another small meal in during the day and alot of water at night. So I'm eating 4-5 meals during the day and a [censored] load of water.

Maybe that's useful for you, but it really is about smacking the chips out of your hand before they reach your mouth. Its a struggle. I still have a hard time with staying out of the frig at night.
Missfit
I'm a female =).
To answer your question: I wake up at 7 am and go to bed at about 11-12. I try to have a scgedule, except for Friday and weekends.
Hmm1234
My opinion...
Hitting the gym and excercising is sooooo boring thats why there is sports. Finding a sport you love will guarantee you will stay fit because very rarely will people will keep up with the gym thing.

Diet wise eat what ever the Asians eat. I know in Japan they drink and smoke like crazy but yet they live the longest, have low rates of disease and are skinny.
juice
I'm female too. I never like to assume, I have alot of guy friends I call Miss too. I've been training for a while now. Make sure you get a great breakfast in, I hear thats really important and a satisfying dinner, not thanksgiving dinner satisfied.Good luck
I hear you I cut loose on weekends too.

Welllll,,, you could weigh the same number... say, 115, and have a higher-than-optimal fat ratio. It's not just about the scale - it's what makes up the number on the scale.

I would suggest enlisting a nutritionist that can track your body fat instead of just your weight. 'Cuz you could also weigh 125, but have an optimal fat ratio and look better than 115!

Doesn't that just blow your mind a little?

I love Rebecca. Was she like that on AR? She was not so giggly and cute but then they were racing around the world tired and with that boyfriend of hers. I wonder if they are still together. Was he the one on the cell phone? Probably not but you never now by looking these days. The rest of the trainers are boring. I want to see more of the black guy and the guy who trains Jodi Watley. I want to see less of the trainers in the gym and more of Jackie in her personal life. She's so Hot!!!! More Jackie...all day- all night.
