Could you please ask someone as nicely as possible to remove the Fear Factor banner with the big [censored] spider on the guys face? Pretty please? I have a severe phobia of spiders and I am getting tired of breaking out in a cold sweat everytime I see that [censored] thing.
Thank you and have a [censored] nice day!

Wow,a woman who knows Frank Herbert!(OMG,I sound like Jeffrey...kill me now.)I think I could fall for you!Are you a Sci Fi fan?And can you draw?BTW,they should get these 'creative' guys design for a Fantasy/Comic/maybe Sci-Fi show or convention. That would be a unique challenge.
Hee!! I do love sci-fi, Raymondo, and horror too. Sadly I'm not much at drawing. Any talent I have goes toward writing, so I have to get others to illustrate for me. Hell, I couldn't even trace well enough to work for Keith!
Actually that was why I plugged into PR so easily was I am an artist, but cant sew.Still, plan on working on that soon.I have designed shows before, but never had to execute the costumes(that was also done by the critics.) so that is always a thrill for me,but to have something of mine walk down a runway.WOW!However,if ya ever need a great illustrator.....

brillke hello i just had to comment that you lived in southern illinois-- i lived there for a little over a year very very nice people but yes in the middle of nowhere!- i didn't think the 2nd episode was boring, but i could see how it would turn off high fashion crowd etc and also how it could be seen as a little off for PR- i think like you said the michael kors absence was a shame and i didn't feel like aside from the cat fight we didn't get to know the designers very well like in past seasons-- i sure hope knight rider is showcased more in other episodes!

That's so awesome that you've designed shows before! And you never know, we may take you up on that illustrating offer! The book we're writing still has a lot of work to be done, so it might not be for another year yet that it comes together completely, but that day will come eventually! The saga is a trilogy, and we're even considering turning the 2nd, shorter book into a graphic novel.

I believe she is what they used to call a 'Fashion Maven',which I think means she can tell you how many Ice cubes you need to eat to survive(Thank u,Ms Universe) and how Andre Leon Tally got into the fashion industry from day one(he used to say 'That is SO demonde'.I still dont know what that means).I think basically she is just a journalist who loved fashion and was there for every show, but I could be wrong.Love her though.

Yeah, what was that one all about? What hole did she think he was in? Did she think accusing him of being in a hole would win her brownie points.
I just don't understand why she didn't even TRY and sketch anything.
Is it possible that SHE is the one that gets asked to leave because she doesn't do any real work? Has she really done anything yet?
And this is completely insane of me to say but I don't like the way her nose flares. It's distracting to look at...just like Jeffrey's tatoos and Laura's extra wide and deep v-necks.

I don't know. I read somewhere that the contest goes through today. Then, eveybody gets to vote on their faves (I think for a whole week). After voting closes, the winning bloggers are chosen 50% from the voting and 50% from the opinion of the producers. They get to blog for the rest of Season 3.

If you can defend what you design, no matter how bad it is, you are better off than admitting your mistake. We have seen that more than once. They like it, especially Nina IMO, when you disagree with their opinion.
I saw some commercial/preview for the show with Nina in it and clearly they have collectively decided that she is going to be the fight-back gal. They are going to take the Santino-attacks-Nina concept and reverse it.
They (the producers) had to have had some serious conversations with Nina to see if she was willing and able to stand up to future Santino's and obviously she said yes. Unfortunately, I forsee a Jerry Springer scenario coming...the producers telling the contestants to fight with the judges (just for the good-tv aspect of it) and so very quickly, it will result in fights for no valid reason.

So it is not an accessory but the accessory is to be the inspiration for the next challange and Tim thinks we can't guess it.
We have a week folks, start guessing. So far I have seen Ipod, Cell phone, and dog. What else could inspire a challange that is an accessory?
Heidi's preggers again; maybe they will do maternity clothes.
Great idea! Yes as mentioned by another poster - babies are IN
Apparently she said in an interview that that was too obvious. Tim said in his podcast that the accessory would be difficult to guess so it couldn't be something as common as an I-Pod and if you watch the previews for it, the clothes they are designing are all over the place in terms of style. An I-pod or cell phone or whatever would likely have resulted in sportswear.
It's gotta be something more unusual.

I think we already know that, though, don't we? I posted an article here a few days back that explained it--the "Detroit" part is part of his son's name, and the rest is an Italian phrase that is a dedication to his son. The link is on BPR--sorry if that spoils all the fun.

Was it just me? But I thought Uli & Bonnie's dress had alot of the same design qualities as Chloe from PR2 winner.....especially the cut of the top and the halter look. I also thought the top looked too big which was a comment the judges had made before about fit, etc. To me it was not an original design.
The biggest problem with Uli's dress was the model not having any of those stick-um boob bra things. Girls, you know what I'm talking about right?
The model's boobs looked to be at about her waist and I think it ruined the whole effect.
