Hi Project Runway fans!

Most of you are familiar with Tim's Take, fashion maven Tim Gunn's weekly blog:
http://www.bravotv.com/blog/timstake/

It's been around since season 1, and as you can see, we made sure to import all his older entries when we moved up to our snazzy new Movable Type based blog system. So if you missed reading his take on past seasons' challenges, feel free to peruse the Tim's Take archives and enjoy.

This season, Tim's Take is back, but we also have more official Project Runway blogs for fans to read! First up is Nathaniel Hawkins, who is the lead hair stylist on the show. He'll be discussing all the hair-related happenings, including behind-the-scenes information. Nathaniel's Blog is here:
http://www.bravotv.com/blog/nathanielsblog/

We also have another new Runway-related blog, and this one is from a producer of the show, Michael Rucker:
http://www.bravotv.com/blog/ruckersblog/

AND...he's also got a videoblog! Check out the Project Runway section of the Bravo Video Player for the "RuckerCam" - his behind-the-scenes production footage. In his first installment, we learn that the Magical Elves folks (that's the production company) seem to all be Mac people.

Bravo exec Andy Cohen is still blogging nearly every day, and several of his posts deal with Project Runway gossip, as well as other Bravo shows:
http://www.bravotv.com/blog/andysblog/

And a fan favorite from last year, Project Runway season 2 finalist Daniel Vosovic, also has a new blog:
http://www.bravotv.com/blog/danielvsblog/

Finally, we have another new blog coming in a few weeks...and you get to choose the blogger! Check out our Ultimate Project Runway fan blog contest!
http://www.bravotv.com/Project_Runway/fanblog/

We hope you enjoy all the blogs, and please use this message board thread to discuss them!

*** UPDATE, Monday, July 24th! ***
Surprise, we just added two more Runway blogs! Let's welcome Season 2 favorite and bride-to-be Kara Janx to the Bravo blogroll!
http://www.bravotv.com/blog/karasblog/

And finally, here's another Season 2 fave...Uncle Nick! Er, make that the wonderful Nick Verreos, who is blogging jointly for People.com and for BravoTV.com:

Enjoy!

Please ditch the blue print on white in these blogs and increase the size of the print. They are so difficult to read as to be impossible. Other than that, "carry on."

I'll second that suggestion. They are very hard to read.

Daniel's Blog really needs to be out. Not only did he not win last season, but his blog is boring and pointless.

I see that Tim Gunn's new blog is up. But, I can't read it. The blue on white is difficult to see, and the print is miniscule.

PLEASE FIIX THIS. Thank you.

Tim is utterly, unequivocally, totally fabulous! Blog on!

Really?!?!?! I am in L-O-V-E with Danny V and his blog!

I acutally miss the pictures of the final designs on Tim's blogs...but I guess you can see them on "rate the Runway" Just my pref...

We hear you, guys! The blog text will be made bigger in the next few days! We're also going to be paginating the comments section of each blog so that the list of comments doesn't get so big and take over the page...

The only blog I'm skipping is the hair designer. There isn't much there, it's pretty boring and it's basically an advertisement for Tresemme. There are product endorsements every paragraph.

Andy and Daniel are entertaining. But as always, Tim is my favorite.

Thanks for making them easier to read.

I love reading Tims' Take. I don't enjoy reading the other designer boards. It seems to me they are just recapping the show I just watched. Tim was there in the workroom and explains situations we may be wondering about.
No offense but Tresemme needs to stop selling the product...I guess I would rather hear about time constraints, harried designers, anything funny that may have happened. I would love to hear his opinion on the designs or anything the models may have told him about what they had to wear. I know stylists are like therapists...they never share their clients' secrets...but you could spill just a little for the sake of all the PR fans, right? Please?

I have to agree with you Godiva. This blog is a disappointment. And I was really looking forward to it, since everyone knows that hairdressers hear the BEST gossip!

My wife and I both feel that Angela gets her style from Ace Ventura. The scene in the mental hospital with the tu-tu and combat boots. Dead ringer!

Hi -- there is so much about Rules broken -- i.e. the menswear pattern book, I would ask that Bravo posts that "handout" that specified what rules were broken. Other than gossip -- this seems so strange that everyone is talking about a rule that was broken, when nobody knows what the rules are.

Thx!

HOW CAN I CONTACT TIM TO TELL HIM HE NEEDS TO FIX HIS GLASSES?

Allison was my favorite to win aside from Michael. She was consistant like uli and michael. How come those that did poorly every week are still around like vincent the man stuck in the brady bunch era? a few of them make disaster garments week after week. allisons outfit doesnt look bad to me.its made out of garbage what do they want? thats not fair, i was watching just for allison.:(she has so much potential. after last week when she had to work with keith the cheater out of the picture, i think shes done pretty darn well and shown she can work under any kind of pressure, any type of circumstances. VINCENT SHOULD HAVE GONE, HE DONE POORLY WEEK AFTER WEEK!!!! Thats no fair for allison, she was in my top 3!!! if they had a vote of who to bring back i can guarantee you it would be allison.i hope she makes it big!!! she got jipped!

We're still waiting, weeks later and it still hasn't changed. When will the changes be made? I mean really.

The answer to this post is probably on here....somewhere....but the set-up for these boards make it hard to find information. Can anyone please tell me when Season 4 is scheduled to start? Crazy me....I was looking for it to start in Feb or March.....I know, a bit exicted to get the show on the road. Getting really tired of the re-runs of the first 3 seasons. So please if anyone knows, please send me a sign LOL wklarson@mchsi.com I can't wait to see what is next on the runway and of course the wisdom of Tim.

Watched quite a bit of Season I!! Like Top Design in it's 1st year, it started out kinda slow, production values wasn't up to par, and you had the usual villian!! As usual they kept saving someone who should have been auf'd weeks before!! I still don't and can't believe Wendy made it to the final!! She was sad and pathetic to the last; style was so OLD!! What is wrong with these judges!! A consistant designer who slips up once is "castrated," but they let someone very mediocre go on and on and on until they "have to" Nix them!! Kara Saun was robbed even though she slipped up a bit at the show!! The shoe thing could have been avoided and the dresses didn't need to be tripping up her models!! I felt so badly for Austin Scarlet!! He blew it when he just didn't listen to the final challenge!! He loves coutour and just can't help but make everything a bit too glam and costumey!! It was the Grammy's not Oscar's babe!! Poor thing!! Is Jay actually working?? lol!! Even Nick gets more exposure!! I see his name referenced, but not from really doing a show!! Season 2 was much better, but how did the villian, Santino make it with all his BS crapola!! Daniel V. should have won, but I wasn't unhappy for Chloe!! Season 3 was very frustrating with idiotic challenges!! How could they choose Jeffery over anyone?? Keith should not have have gone anywhere with his rotten attitude about rules!! I could have been satisfied with Uli, but I thought all of Laura's creations were a cut above and quite stylish!! No accounting for taste huh?? lol!! I can't wait for Season 4 to start!! When?? When?? When?? lol!!

Will Tim Gunn ever have more than one entry on this "Ask Tim Gunn" blog? It sounded promising but didn't go anywhere.
