I think Jeff is very Tacky... Tacky Tatoo Man!! He did not bother to take time to Congratulate Micheal for winning he just got pissed because he didn't. I mean granted I love MICHAEL, but one thing you can't say about him and that is that he lacks professionalism or Tact. Can't say the same for the majority or the cast.

Ok, I like Vincent and I have from the start- but HELLO! Alison in NO WAY should be off that show. She was one of the sure ins for the final 3, she is so talented and just AWESOME. AND as much as I like Michael- Jefferey deserved to win this challenge. And Laura needs to shut her trap.

I don't understand this incessant need to pick at Laura...I'm thinking there's a touch of jealousy there. She already has a good job and a family. It feels like that might be getting under the skin of those just starting out or who are unhappy in their life...come on she's not that bad...I mean she's no Wendy....
I ADORE Laura! She's been among my favorites from the first challenge. She's still in my top 3 (along with Michael and Allison). I know a lot of folks think her designs are boring, but I love her classy look and impeccable tailoring skills. It really tickles me when she comes out with an (expletive) or two, especially when she's talking about Jeffrey or Vincent.
I love her, too. But her timing was very poor at the end... talking about Vincent's dress when Allison was saying her goodbyes. Of course, as usual, we don't know how this scene was edited, so who's to say what prompted her remark.

What the hell? Alison's dress may have been ugly, but it wasn't nearly as bad as Vincent's (it wasn't even as bad as Kayne's). And even if it was, she's been a consistently good designer... nothing she's done has been bad (sans this challenge), and a lot has been really good. However, EVERYTHING Vincent has done has been HORRIBLE, his scribbled waste-basket design's no exception. Is it really that difficult for the judges and producers to see that HE'S A BAD DESIGNER?! He's not even that interesting aside from that occassional thing warranting a "man, he's nuts". Ugh! And Alison is actually a good designer, sweet, etc, etc...
Now, with Alison, all of the designers I like (personality, talent, or both) have been eliminated. The only person even worth watching for anymore is Robert, and even then only if I'm in the mood for quality catty remarks.
Point of this post? PR's producers = derrrrrrrrrrr.
Whatever. This is by far the worst season, anyway... so I guess I shouldn't expect much. Maybe next season will have the 2nd coming of Austin Scarlett.

Vincent should have left and not Alison!!!
Not only was it a low blow....in its own way, a slam on all of us plus size women who watch the show! I know it's already filmed and so on and so on.....but Bravo...TAKE NOTE!

PS: and would those of you who have bought into the "plus size" comment as being the model is fat, please rethink your statement. My fat little self might take it personal, doncha know! *smile*
Just a comment, in the fashion world i believe a "plus size" model starts at either a size 10 or 12. More than 50% of the women in the U.S are a size 12 or larger (it might be a 14 or larger). As a plus size myself, it always makes me wonder when i go shopping where are all the nice clothes for the majority of us out here???

Actually all of Heidi's clothes are supposedly made by Kara Saun (sp?) from the first season.
And yes Allison was ripped off. After the comment that Kayne had made better, she should have been given the same consideration. Mr. Insane is there for TV value. It sucks.

Look at the response they are getting from us. Maybe it's our fault that Allison's gone. She got robbed of the doggy challenge. she has never been in the bottom three until tonight and they keep Vincent who has been in the bottom almost every challenge. I am so pissed. Corky, you better count your lucky stars. Who will they sacrifice next week to keep Vincent on?

Are you kidding me?? Getting rid of Allison over Vincent is the biggest mistake I have ever seen on this show.
He is horrible!! Are they keeping him for the drama!!
Exactly!!! They make it very clear that the producers also influence the decision process and it comes back to bite them. It is like last season with Santino, they knew he created drama and they kept him on the show vs. designers that were CLEARLY more talented than he was. When it came runway time his designs were boring and he was last out of the three. That will happen again this year if they don't watch it. I also think they are just waiting to see Vincent flip out.

If you watch the behind the scenes footage on this site, you can see why people on the show don't like Laura. She is always around picking at their designs trying to put people down.
That doesn't change the fact that I love her! But Michael is my man. Talented, well spoken, humble but secure in his abilities.

This was my last time watching this show! How ridiculous! It is SO obvious what they are doing! I used to like Heidi and now I don't. How stupid are they. Vincent and Kayne's dresses were both worse than hers. The only reason she got kicked off rather than them is because she is quieter. They would rather keep a freak and gay guy who goes over the top with his pageant dressing than a quiet, normal, and talented woman. She has made many nice outfits so far this season. Not EVEN ONE of Vincent's has even been close to decent! This show used to be way better. They didn't do this before. It's not entertaining, it's annoying! And they try to brainwash people into thinking their choices are logical. With their voice overs and editing. They tried to use the excuse that hers didn't flatter the body at all. Look at Vincent's! It was a sack with trash all over it! It was not creative. I could wrap someone up in paper or a sac and have my kid glue junk all over it and scribble and it would look better! The first strike was when they voted off Malan over the other freaks, this is the last straw! And the judges being as talented as they are themselves should be ashamed to be part of this show now. I would have no part in it if I were them! Also, Jeffrey should have won. Man, the whole direction they are going in this season sucks! And there was so much potential for a good show! Oh well, I guess I will just have to remember of the good show that the first 2 seasons were.

Laura and Vincent are such pricks. Kayne was absolutely right. The end should have focused on honoring Allison and wishing her goodbye -- not a fight between Ms. Prim-and-Proper and Mr. Nutcase.
Kayne and Allison were two of the most talented designers this season (along with Michael and maybe Uli and Robert). Unfortunately, they both had off nights tonight. As much as I don't care for Vincent, and didn't like his dress once again, I would have made the bottom two Kayne and Allison.
Kayne was right. Laura forgot about that. She seemed miffed that Alison was auf'd instead of Vincent. But she took it out on Vincent. If they made the wrong choice in her opinion (and to others here) she shouldn't have taken it out on Vincent. It's not Vincent's fault if the judges do something dopey. Alison made herself vulnerable with an outfit that didn't work. It could have maybe but maybe not. I was very sorry they auf'd her. I thought given how close she'd been to winning before, they'd give her some slack. I was wrong.

I fully agree. I too have been a fan since the very first season and this season I find myself only tuning in because, frankly, there is nothing better to watch at 10 o'clock.
I don't watch much reality TV, because I can live without the drama, but this show is becoming just what I dislike-a drama filled pool with a bunch of whining designers swimming around while drowning one another to save face. Most of the time I have agreed with the choices that the judges have made, but this one clearly proves that they are being puppeted by the producers so that the show will get an Emmy nom or two once again.
They don't deserve such a thing. At least not this season.

I thought to myself, "Finally, we're going to be rid of watching Vincent week to week" and then they got rid of Allison. I felt ill. I have to stop watching this stupid show because I can design better than Vincent. I think they feel sorry for his cashing in on his 401k, but must we sit through another week of his garbage, and I'm not just talking about the materials for tonight's show--I'm talking about his designs from week to week to week. Garbage, garbage, garbage! Allison has had some really great designs, very close to winning sometimes. She is the one with potential not Mr. Freak Garbage.

I'll admit I was shocked that Alison was auf'd. I mean, her outfit, along with her entire presentation tonight, was awful (auf-ful?), but I did think she'd get some points for having done well in the past. I have never been blown away by any of her outfits, but she clearly did great work in the Macy's challenge.
Another surprise was Kayne. My goodness. What happened?
I love Michael. He's definitely in my Top 3. But I think Jeffrey was robbed. His dress was incredible.

I think we all know what happened here.
I'd like to say that I have been watching project runway since the first episode. At first it seems like a really honest show about fun, innovative design. But, as we can see now, it's just become a greedy corporate pit. The creators, producers, etc. of this show had a real gem that just lost a lot of it's integrity tonight to the design world.
We realize that the show is about drama. Drama equals ratings. Ratings equals money. By keeping Vincent we are outraged. Obviously Kanye was kept because we know he has talent. If the same applied to the other two (Vincent and Allison). Allison would have been in. I believe Vincent has absolutely no talent at all. He is not innovative and most of his projects look like really bad art school experiments. Allison messed up, and they had no mercy on her. Vincent messes up constantly, and he is swept in with the rest. Why?
Someone give me one good reason Vincent even survived the first episode.
But hey, i guess it's just my opinion and people have to make money. I guess integrity and consistency means nothing to bravo.

FIRST OF ALL THIS IS NOT THE EASIEST WEBSITE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. SECOND AFTER TONIGHTS PROJECT RUNWAY I'M SECOND GUESSING AS TO WETHER THIS SHOW SHOULD BE AN EMMY AWARD WINNING SHOW. NOT ONLY DID THE WRONG PERSON WIN BUT THEY SENT THE WRONG PERSON HOME. THEY MADE A COMMENT ABOUT KAYAN MAKES GOOD CLOTHES A BUT THAT SHOULD OF BEEN USED FOR ALLISON AS WELL. VINCENT SHOULD OF WENT HOME HES BEEN IN THE BOTTOM THREE MORE TIMES THAN ALLISON WHICH WAS HER FIRST TIME ON THE BOTTOM THREE. IF THEY ARE GOING TO USE A "BUT" THEY SHOULD OF FOR ALLISON. VINCENTS OUTFIT WAS THE COSTUME TONIGHT MORE THAN ANYONES. IN MY OPION THIS REFLECS ON WHAT THE JUDGES SEE AS STYLE AND THE FACT THAT THEY WOULD RATHER SEE PEOPLE NOT ABLE TO WALK THEN HAVE A BOW IN THEIR HAIR. LAST SEAON SOMEONE WENT HOME BECAUSE IT WAS STIFF AND THEY COULDNT WALK IN IT WELL WHY IS IT DIFFERENT THIS TIME? I THINK THAT THIS SHOULD BE THE FINAL SEASON OR NEW JUDGES ARE TO BE SELECTED. FORGET NINA AND MICHAEL THEIR TIME IS UP. THEY DONT KNOW TASTE ANYMORE AND I WOULD NEVER BUY ANYTHING OF MICHAELS. AFTER WHAT HE DID TO DANNY AND NOW ALLISON. I THINK HE IS IGNORANT, STYLELESS, AND NEEDS TO GO. VINCENT SHOULD OF LEFT PERIOD.

I have to say I am truly disappointed in the turn this show is taking. It seems all the creative street cred is being ignored and producers are keeping the squeaky wheels and totally ignoring true creativity. Just like Diana was let go in Season 2, Allison is turned away to keep the obnoxious and yet not so qualified Vincent on, just for ratings it seems as his designs are about decoration and not telling a story. Am I the only person who sees a pattern? Producers- people watch this show because it showcases creativity. Dont listen to the MTV RealWorld hype that reality shows are all about characters and not talent. And, Heidi- the materials were recycled, not recyclable. An idiomatic expression but also a true difference in the materials. In the creative industry this show is discussed as being driven by frustrated critics who have forgotten what it means to be creative. 100 years from now no one will care how many units of clothing have been sold. Historians are going to look at who or how the eye was changed to view fashion in a different light. Your show has every possibility to showcase that. And that spirit is what makes Emmys. Think like Jay!

Really - am an avid Proj. Runway viewer. But how did one of the most innovative designers on this show get kicked out for 1 bad dress to a designer who MAYBE -and I emphasize MAYBE - was innovative in the 80's. The dress looked like a undergrad collage. I mean, Vincent got's a good heart, but he hasn't put one dress on the runway I would wear. And Allison - LOVED - LOVED - LOVED her clothes. I am disgusted - apparently the judges have moved past the point of taste themselves. Really - if it isn't about talent - who cares.

i am SOOOOO pissed about both of the judge's , oh i mean, PRODUCER'S decisions on the winner and loser. it is absolutely ludicrious that they would kick off allison. she is extremely talented and it is a waste to throw off talent like hers so early. allison over vincent??? ridiculous. but she is one of those designers that i can see still being successful even w/o the show's help. she's just that talented.
michael's was one of the best, but surely he did not deserve to win w/ that design. i honestly thought uli's should have been up there in the top 3 instead of michael. i am really dissapointed with the decisions that were made tonight.

Alison showed Jeffrey's redeeming side. He seemed very tight with her from the last challenge. He definitely respected her ability, too. PR also lost another loyal viewer. I love the show, but kicking off Alison was so obscenely absurd, I literally, will not be watching the show anymore -- & will bad-mouth it from now on -- it's absolutely ridiculous -- so ridiculous, it pissed me off so bad that I actually am commenting on this damn board which I never do.
If Michael Kors can state that Kayne can make clothes (god, did they drop the ball w. that god-awful pagent dress, which made her look horrible if anyone did watch Miss Universe) & not take-in consideration Alison's past amazing outfits & Vincent's bottom 3 outfits, the show is a complete joke, really. It's all about the BS drama & not about the "actual" talent. Alison was/is the BEST designer there for her vision, overall innovation & complete look -- & now she's gone.. I like Uli & Jeff so "hopefully" one of them will win.
Michael wins again -- loved the Pam Grier outfit, the recycle outfit was nice but not innovative enough & stale. Using clear plastic as a wrap is not so innovative. Jeff stained paper, used an odd but beautiful color scheme & was completely innovative. Plus, it was the only outfit on the runway that flowed -- the draping was incredible.
Kicking off Alison was the WORST thing I've seen on this show outside of Angela's & Laura's nazi attitudes & Vincent's kindergarden outfits -- the show now, will carry on, as a piece of crap.. good job judges & producers!
