This show has lost my respect. I've seen every episode of Project Runway. Tonight is the first time I've wanted to stop watching this show. When Heidi announced that Allison was out, over KAYNE AND VINCENT, I freaked. I will never be able to watch this show without spite ever again. And Jeffry got no recognition for how AMAZING his newspaper dress was.
Allison has more talent and style than Kayne, Vincent, Robert, Laura, and Angela put together. She is the reason I was watching this season. Heidi had no good reason to cut her, she was too focused on the hair, which was just "pushing the envelope" just like she claims vincent does. The only difference is vincent has absolutely no taste or talent. He's pathetic. Allison's garments have been inspired and beautiful every time, and Heidi never recognizes it.
The amount of art that Allison put into her dress tonight surpassed Angela's piece of crap and Laura's boring pile. So the fit was a little off, it was still better than Vincents and Kaynes.
I am disgusted with the judges. Just thinking about Heidi's unwarranted hostility towards allisons design makes me sick.
And don't even ask what I think of Micheal winning over Jeffery. This show should be called project tacky. Because thats the sort of design that it rewards. Kayne. Vincent. Angela. Ha.
I'm even more angry that a television show has made me this deeply pissed off.
Oh yeah, and the blue monstrosity that Heidi wore in the beginning of the show made her look thicker than Allisons model looked. At least Allisons dress has a SHAPE. Heidi, you need a new stylist and you need to get some sense slapped into you. You cut the most promising, fresh designer on your show.
And the pam grier thing that you all loved so much was stupid. No one would buy that!

are the judges off their rocker? what the smell! the only trash seen on the runway was vincent. it got him off? excuse me? he referred his work to child art...thats just creepy. alison should not have been kicked off. she is so much more talented than most. at least her look was wearable, not like the ankle-length model tripping bag of trash. pitiful. alison, get a label soon! i have already taken sketches of your designs to a seamstress! i think you are up their with chloe and stella.

I agree completely! I have not liked one design Vincent has put on the runway! I don't like Laura very much, but I agree that he's a little strange and ready to crack. I also have to give her snaps for speaking her mind to Vincent after the judging.
Allison is an extremely talented designer, and should NOT have been been out for 1 design. It seemed like a lot of them were upset that she was being sent home. I also didn't care for Heidi's snotty comments about the the dress making the model look fat, and that she looked like a "plus size model." There are many people that watch the show that aren't thin, and I think it was asinine to make such "superior" comments. Sorry Heidi, not everyone is a Victoria Secret model!

Done with this show....if the producers are going to tip the scales for "good" tv, maybe they could be more "innovative" and "creative" and a little less obvious about dumping good designers so they can keep the entertaining ones longer...Remember Santino? At least they now have a caveat in the credits owning up to the fact that the "judges" aren't really the judges after all. I guess what made the show a hit in the first place isn't good enough any more....maybe they were just less obvious in the beginning...Bye Project runway..bye....er....auf wiedersehen. I used to be in..but now...I'm out.

I am shocked and disappointed that PR has chosen Vincent, the tasteless bottom dweller, over Allison. How many times has Vincent been on the carpet and scraped by? This is Allison's first faux pas and she is out?
I am thinking "who is Vincent related to?" Who does he know that he is always on the brink but never falls into the abyss of bad taste where he so belongs?

I actually think they are all quite talented with the noted exception of Vincent who IS knowledgable of fashion and construction. Angela is better than I think she gets credit for and I think she needs more training. Michael is excellent and may well win but I really think that Jeff deserved to win tonight, even based on the comments in the edit. Laura can be a little too harsh but I will tell you what, she won big points with me tonight because saw that this was a theft and she called it like she saw it. Vinent should have gone first and Alison should still be on. Kayne's dress was the worst of the night without question and I think he all but admitted it . Have a good one. I will watch the final episode but I am done watching the rest. It really is fixed or just badly done and one would have a hard time arguing otherwise after tonight.

I love Laura and Micheal's designs from week to week. I think Laura is quite smart enough to be frustrated that Vincent is still there. I think she was about ready to burst when she had to witness Allison leaving and Vincent defending his piece of trash. I have to say that I laugh at alot of the things that she says because they are true. I also think that the pressure is really starting to kick in to where these guys are getting sick of each other.

agree with you there on the judges....... and i am amazed not one judge has commented to uli that her dresses are all the same that she needs to come up with some other designs in order to stay in, she has god construction, and choice of fabrics but she keeps making the same dress over n over. that isnt a designer. a designer has a collection of different clothes.
will miss allison i picked her to be in the top with michael and laura.

I can't not believe Alison got kicked off the show!!! I am outraged that Vincent is still in! He should have been gone day 1! I believe just because he cashed out his 401k he is still in the game. Do the judges feel sorry for this guy because he has NOTHING left? Plz....give someone with real talent a chance. I have watched this show from season one and I feel like PR is totally losing its spark. It feels like the producers run the show by having contestents being super bitchy in order to be "in" and sweet, caring people like Alison are out. Vincent was up on that stage EVERY TIME for horrible garments. Yeah Alison may have done a bad choice but VIncent has done bad choices throughtout the show. I don't think i can watch this show no more.
One more thing I go to fashion school and 99% percent of the fashion classes have women in it. Where are they in this show? There is only 3 left!

Laura lost what few points she had left with me- it's not vincent's fault that alison got kicked out instead of him, it's the judges.

I am sorry but I don't get all the outrage about the "big" comments. I am not model thin or anything and not a plus size either so I don't think I have a dog in this fight. (Is that Southern enough for ya'll?) But the fashion world is built on very, very, thin models and that is the way it is. So that is the mindset Heidi was working from. She is known for being one of the very few top models who is NOT bone thin so I don't think she has a prejudice against "fat" people, I just think she is coming from a world where, to model clothes, you have to really be thin and it is virtually a sin to have a model look any different. So, "lighten up, it's just fashion."

I have an idea.
If we really want to make a statement about the plus size model and fat comments by Heidi tonight I would not waste much time with Bravo TV. I would write, email, and call Victoria's Secret since she is the new TV spokes person for them. There is already a law suit because of her comment of being known as the body by Elle McPherson so this will add fuel to the that fire.
Bravo will only think it is good TV.
Hitting Victoria's Secret in the pocket book and possibly Heidi in the pocket will speak loudly and volumes.
Just an idea, please do not take me out, put me on the bar b que to roast.

I'm plus size and I think it's silly for a plus size person (or a normal size person for that fact) to watch a show about runway fashion, where the models are usually size 0, and get sensitive about body image. Of course it's outside the realm of real women, but being able to flatter the female form is pretty much imperative one of being a designer, regardless of the size you're designing for.
Bravo honestly shouldn't have to tiptoe around and pretend that "excess" fat is universally attractive in the fashion world.

I am so disappointed. I do think Alison's outfit was horrible but she has so much potential. They give Vincent and Angela a break every single show and they can't give one to Alison. Vincent and Kayne's were the worst outfits but I guess their more entertaining to keep around. They are definitely not choosing talent. Watch our Uli, you're way to normal and quiet to make it much further.

kayne's dress was worse than alison's. i'm not saying he should have gone -- vincent should have -- but alison's wasn't the worst dress by far. out of the bottom three, hers was actually the *least* pathetic!
i also think laura's dress sucked. the top was *totally* unflattering, the "joke" was only an inside joke at best, and that flower thing on the side was costumey and fugly. even angela's granny circle things are more appealing than laura's flower.

We demand the swift and harsh removal of Heidi Klum and her taste (such taste I would designate as bad, but cannot bring myself to even give her taste that much credit).
Although, Michael is the clear choice to take this season's competition; he was obviously not the clear winner tonight.
Moreover, Alison should NOT have lost! I think it is evident that each competition is not judged solely on specific evening's challenge. For if it was, then obviously tattoo neck would have been the winner by a long shot, rather than a close second. And I think we can all agree, if the decision was based entirely on the night's challenge, Kayne is and was the obvious Loser.
But as was proclaimed by the judges during the time of discussion and decision, Kayne, "[knows] how to make clothes."
I say all of this to say Alison should still be with us.
We could easily speak about last challenge (though we will not!), about the consistently poor judging.
May I suffice it to say, the judging can be likened to diabetic food; no taste. Just like Klum's dress and hair-do.
I mean, if nothing else, the judges should have honored Alison's dress for how closely it relates and communicates the style of judging this season.
Today, sadly at challenge six, Heidi is still with us, and regretfully, Alison is not.
Bring back Vera Wang.
Say auf wiedersehen to Mrs. Seal.
Tim Gunn said, "Project Runway is nothing without it's integrity and purpose..."
How can this be true with the current state of judging?
They are far from making it work.
In conclusion:
Michael (a.k.a Kanye to the-) is awesome.
Alison has mad talent and should not have been eliminated based on one not-so-good dress when her others have been above board as well as her style notes.
Tattoo-neck was the obvious winner of this particular challenge.
Laura was slacking in this challenge and really hurt herself with the bad attitude.
401K; I'm glad he stood up for his work. He was proud; We're proud of him.
Michael Kohrs: Keep rolling those eyes, take 401K's advice, and put those Harry Winston's up your nose.

I'm part of a Navy Wives Group for my husbands boat. We have book clubs, pot lucks, fund raisers, etc... We also have a program we watch every season. PR has been our show since the first season. It has been very obvious that this season is more about personalities and drama (aka good tv) then it is about talent and fashion. After this episode we have decided to drop PR from are viewing list. There are different wives clubs for different sections. My husband is on gold crew and we have around 200 women/ wives in our wives club. Other clubs on our boat and other boats are feeling the same right about now. PR is not worth a second glance. The judges are not to be taken seriously and I myself have lost all respect for them. So long PR you will not be missed.

This will be my first and my last post ever, because this is the last episode that I will be watching of Project Runway. I really hope that the producers are proud of their cheap and expected production of this show. One of the saddest things is that the producers will not believe that a good designer is interesting on their own. Instead they keep people like Angela and Vincent on the program for drama value only. It was funny for a while but now they are at the point where they are throwing away great talent to satisfy their taste for "bad taste". The judges are obviously in on this as much as the producers, to keep the dress Angela smacked together in the top half of the contestants is an outrage to the other artists and an insult to the bravo and project runway audience. Great job on pushing away your audience, and knowing that this contest is just a big circus.

She is supposed to be somewhat of a role model for girls and all she is doing is adding more fuel to the eating disorder fire. True Allison's design made her model look bigger, but maybe Miss Klum should of though out her word choice a little more carefully before spouting off at the mouth.
I am utterly disgusted with her display of ill feelings towards larger girls and the fact that she thinks so highly of herself.

Is there any integrity left? Why mess something up that is so great for greed and all the other things that ruin everything. To sacrifice integrity, and to sacrifice such a good reputation: a place where people earn where they get in life, who work hard and achieve success from talent, all for a small handful of people to get rich and have power, is SO disappointing!

Well, a couple of days ago, Entertainment weekly complained that the producers of this show exercise their hands too much in order to create drama. If you catch the credits at the end, they run a "disclaimer" saying that the final decision of the judges may be overridden by the producers. It's obvious that in this season, the judges have gone control crazy in order to insure drama, but by manipulating the show they... i.e. keeping vincent, for dramatic reasons, they have soiled the name of Project Runway, and today they kick out Allison, I am dissapointed, and I know that I'm only one viewer, but I am done with this season of Project Runway, I don't care... I may return for next season, but this season has been a total manipulative piece of crap television... and I can probably use the hour to do something more constructive...

Yes, Vincent's dress was a sack with trash all over it, but if you looked carefully, the lines of the gown were exquisite and the bodice was quite arrestingly cut. In real cloth without the trash doodads, this gown would have been worthy of Laura, Michael, or Kayne. The judges do see something in him, it's just hard for us out in TV land to see it as well.

them. There is already a law suit because of her comment of being known as the body by Elle McPherson so this will add fuel to the that fire.
so Heidi is calling herself The Body?!! Wishful thinking on her part. That IS Elle McPherson, i think she was modelling years before Heidi but she definitely still is, and always be, The Body!
