Actually, that's what started this whole thing. I was complimenting a teacher for being so positive and passionate about her career as a teacher. We need more like them! I have a great deal of respect for the teaching profession. They spend so much unpaid personal time on their careers, it's just amazing! I don't think most of us have to take work home with us like teachers do. Overworked and underpaid, it's a tough job! So any teacher that can still remain creative and enthusiastic...my hat's off to you!

I will be here for a while but all changes in September. Moving is really a pain in the neck. I thought I would never move from here, Texas, but as we all know life takes some strange turns and you have to bend like the willows or break. As I said will be here for a while and then off and then back on. All happens in September. The only thing good I can say about moving is that you get rid of stuff you have stashed away for future use. My motto has been if I have not used it for 5 years or worn it for whatever, it is gone. Also another positive, all the kids had to come pick up their treasures that they just left behind. You know, the comment, I am going to leave this here for a while but will pick it up soon. Soon never came until now. Hip HIP hooooooooooooray. The warehouse is closed.

OK fashionista/o's, of the world I have a fall fashion question. Nina Garcia in ELLE has told me that cowboy boots are out...now what I want to know is are they? is it just cowboy boots? or is it all boots that have a western feel? I just want to know because I have some pretty expensive (for me) boots that I love and don't want to give up wearing but I don't want to look stupid like some of the people who haven't given up there chunky soled shoes (and when I say chunky I don't mean platform like all the mags have right now)...you all know what I mean...you've seen them...(not offense to anyone who loves their chunky soled shoes---that's pathetic that I felt like I had to write that:v))

My sister says that Vincent's recyclable dress was more innovative than Allison's. Hmmm. A sheath dress with crap pasted all over it versus a dress constructed out of different pieces of paper. Allison even made pleats with her paper! Granted, she should have been aware of her model's body shape and that the dress would look bulky on her, but her dress was way better than Vincent's. I'm glad the judges finally put him in the bottom two. His dog challenge dress was the only thing he made that wasn't nauseating, and that outfit was boring.
Was I the only one who was creeped out with the way he kept saying the dress "gets him off"?
My sister also says that she feels Robert is one of the bottom designers. Hello? I reminded her of the fabulous white dress with the red bows he made in the first challenge. She says, "One good dress doesn't mean he's a good designer". Hello? He worked with Kayne on the Miss Universe challenge. He did a great outfit for the dog challenge. The two times he was in the bottom two weren't because the outfits were BAD, but because they were boring and wrong for the challenges.
I still say, for design ability, Vincent should go next. For personality and character, Jeffrey. I hate the way he rolls his eyes when someone else gets a compliment. Santino did that in season 2.

Now for me,
If the stove does not blow up in my face, it is good.
If the pots don't warp, they are great.
If the mixer doesn't sent stuff all over the room, it is exceptional.
If the wooden spoons do not burn when I leave them on a hot burner, I have a winner.
If the food processor does not walk across the counter top, I will keep it forever.
If the dishwasher works it is a keeper.
If the refrigerator makes ice, I will love it passionately.
If the freezer keeps the food frozen. I get down on my knees and than the dear sweet lord for small miracles.
