It's part one of the finale! Woooooooooooooooooo!
Tim visits the designers at their four very different homes: Uli in Miami, Michael in Atlanta, Laura in New York, and Jeffrey in Los Angeles. Then we see our Final Four in New York, preparing for Olympus Fashion Week! But Laura raises a serious concern about Jeffrey's work. What will our beloved Tim Gunn do?
(And for the record, he does *not* want any turtle poop.)

oh my gosh...for some reason I thought this was the FINAL show. ah...now I'll record this ep and the next and be able to watch them at one time!! Won't be at home tonight and too busy of schedule to catch up until next week...yikes

What I wanted to say was that in most Black families this is most common and most white folks and other folks have no clue...thus a great exposure to the nation of our culture.

Go Jeffrey - - I absolutely love his style.
And can I say - - he seems to have a great work ethic?
Loved his girlfriend and son - - - oh and I'm 60 - - we aren't all dead fish floating on a sea of non effectual artistry. His is the only collection I personally found interesting.

And what is with Laura turning into another "Wendy Pepper"? of course Jeffrey is done!! He does it for a living and he told Tim that he was working all the time not only on his collection, but his regular line for his clients too. I'm really disappointed in Laura.

I think Laura is getting a little jealous because of Jeffery's flawlessness with his stitching (or so we have heard from her), besides, she hasnt liked him ever since the episode with the whole sewing machine problem. Anything to get him out of the show I guess. Personally I like Jeffery, I honestly would wear anything in his collection

I beleive he is innocent too. Laura has to remember that they had a couple of months, not a couple of days, to work on their outfits, of course his craftsmanship will be better when he has more time!! It's not his fault that she has 5, soon to be 6, children to take care of and didn't take the time that he could.

I don't know if he is innocent or not. I'm a fan of Laura's but I don't think she should have spoken up if she couldn't prove it.

Jeffrey looks as guilty as sin, skulking about while she talked to Tim. I totally believe that Laura is correct and Jeffrey did not sew this collection by hmself. There is absolutely no doubt after watching Jeffrey mull about for two days while the other three worked to finish their collections.
I wont even say "just my opinion" because its just obvious. Laura may or may not be jealous, but thank GOD for one brave soul to tell the truth.

yeah, Laura just needs an excuse to kick him off the show. With all of Jeffery's talk about how important this is to his family I highly doubt that he would cheat like that since he is so neurotic about runway conspiracies anyway, like how he freaked that Angela and her mom were plotting against him.

all of her designes just look the same to me. Like something slinky and sparkly, her whole runway show is just going to look like a disco ball display. I hope people bring sunglasses to shield themselves from the sequin glare

I don't know - - but I'm not in favor of what Laura did.
It is totally Jeffrey's designs - - and to me that should/could be paramount in who wins PR.
I just thing it should be about designing. No major designer does their own sewing anymore - - - and probably not their own pattern making either.
Jeffrey had to at least start - - - being everything to his designs.
