I liked Laura's too but Uli and Michaels are better IMO. The one head shaker I had was that Saftey Orange outfit Michael did just based on the color.

I think Ulli should win.

Micahels look better moving on the runway than in the stills I saw. Looks a bit more like the Michael we're used to. Still wonder where all the great stuff we've seen over the weeks went though. He doesn't do prints as well as jersey.

Michael - He chose his models well. Each girl made the most of his garment.

lol, talk about a complete lack of class.
She raised her concerns he was cleared that was it. There were far more examples of lack of class from Jeff throught the season BTW.
except for the fact that she was utterly and totally WRONG. and jeffrey was visibly upset by the whole thing. anyone with any class knows that deserves an apology.
If he wasn't so disorganised with his recipts he wouldn't have had to sweat it. And this is just me but it struck me as a bit overly dramatic. He does know he's on TV ya know lol

Michael's collection was too boring and the last dress was almost exactly as that maroon red thing he made before making it to Bryant Park.
Laura's work is impeccable but I really don't think the judges will pick her.
Uli's collection was completely amazing. And for those people who see old ladies wearing items that remind them of Uli...I live in south Florida and old ladies here still wear denim, carry big silver purses...oh yeah that third number she sent down the runway tan and form fitting...I see that all the time on the blue hairs.
Jeffrey? He surprised me some of his pieces were truly amazing. Only 20 more minutes left.

Looking at the judges - I think it's between Laura and Uli.
But as the podcast often says - it's a matter of taste. They both did what they always do - Uli - "crazy prints - flowy dresses". Laura - black and nude cocktail plunging neclines.
Michael was very different from what we've seen - and Jeffrey's was tamed from the LA Rocker.
It's in the judges hands now.
My favorite has always been Michael - but in this presentation - I liked Uli's then Laura's.

I have not been an Uli fan, but her line was amazing and the outfit where she removed the skirt to expose the swinsuit got a big reaction form the audience-they loved it.
Laura's up next...
Ok guys......... I live in Miami, so that whole Uli dress/ swimsuite thing is not some thing new. I looked great, don't get me wrong. But if you go to the beach you'll be able to see people actually doing that with sarongs. That's why sarongs are so popular here. If your thin enough and have a long enough sarong you can do it yourself. Actually, come to think of it, when you buy a good sarong it has a book on the different ways on how to were one.
The music sucks for all of them.......I think PR picked it or a really sorry ass DJ who's never seen PR.

Ok, I haven't read all the posts I skimmed about the first 10 and there was a lot of Laura bashing. I have to say that now that I have seen the collections on the runway I really think that all the collections were very equal. Uli's dresses moved so beautiful, and from the pictures I thought I was really going to be disappointed in Micheal's but it wasn't as bad as I expected. I really can't say who I think will win it is going to be tough.

No offense and I know she has a great "eye" for fashion but last time they had Debra Messing. I thought they would keep going up the fashion chain and choose someone with even more TV Q than last time. Some one like Sarah Jessica Parker.

The audience did not give Michael a good reaction at all. They were all shocked. Shoot the guy said urban safari. what did they expect, a small patch of tiger print? what was o shocking about it. I loved it. The theme fit the clothes and the clothes were beautifully constructed. Hope he wins.

He has his own brand.
It is very successful.
He owns a large manufacturing space in LA.
He said he owns his house.
Do you have a clue to how much that real estate is worth? I bet it is comparable to Laura's co-op in NYC, if not worth more.
He has employees that sew his line for him. According to several other posts, Santino used to work for him.
I hope he didn't cheat and that he remains part of the competition beyond Bryant Park. Although I personally don't like his designs (I didn't like Jay's edginess or Santino's either), it is clear that he has a vision, a focus, and a following. However, the number of people who are willing to look the other way when Jeff says vile things behind other people's backs and vilify Laura for actually having the guts to say things to people's faces is shocking.
exactly true I could not agree more.
Anyway, the time has come and I am now going to cuddle with my boyfriend (he promised to watch this with me) and GOOD LUCK TO ALL!!
vive Laura!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Oh Look - - Tam is going to cuddle with her boyfriend. I'm guessing she is quite young - - - but feels it is OK to personally attack a 60 year old woman as having a superior attitude. Stick to the Designs Tam.
And in the mean time - - my 39 year old husband of 12 years (yes that is 21 years my junior) - - is watching with me and giving his personal critique.
Don't make it personal.

She did the right thing in voicing her questions now rather than complaining after the fact. Bottom line All three people who were competeing agisnt Jeff had questions and she voiced them. So she gets tagged a [expletive deleted] because she was upfront about it. Sorry not buying it.

I don't like how Micheal's model is slumping. She's a model and yet doesn't know how to stand up straight. I've hated that about her for a while.
Jeff's wigs, brought down his buget and now he's under buget by 400 dallors.
