Welcome to the message boards thread for season two of "Top Chef", Episode 210: "Unhappy Customers". As some of you have noticed from the previews, the premise of this episode is very similar to the season one episode "Restaurant Wars": the chefs are split into two teams of three and are assigned to different halves of an empty restaurant space. Whose concept, whose table service, and most importantly whose food will win the day?
This week's episode is a good solid episode, but I'm going to warn you all right now, up front, that next week's episode 211 is seriously whack. It's jaw-dropping. Interpersonal drama up the wazoo. And there's no way you guys can claim it's all manufactured for the cameras, or that Bravo is purposely trying to play up the drama through editing, or whatever -- because some seriously messed up stuff happens next week, and it happens while *the chefs* are the ones filming it with their own video camera...

I don't necessarily think she is a skank, but I think her or whoever makes poor choices for her on the whole. But then I did not like many of the clothes the Heidi wore on PR. If this is hight fashion give me my jeans.

i think Marcel's whiteboy rap is a riot. I admire the way he holds it together under heavy fire. Not easy to do. At all.

I'm recalling the Christmas episode where they wanted to cook during the event and couldn't get the food out fast enough.

There is going to be tons this episode because the brought back the Jerk geust Judge from Last season's street cart challange. This guys personality is about as attractive as his haircut. I personally think the fix is in.

As much as I think Marcel is a self-centered, arrogant jerk, the other chefs needs to stop focusing on him and pay attention to their own food.
Ilan's poking fun at Marcel has backfired at him now two times in a row. If Ilan doesn't watch out, he's going to Marcel-hate himself into history, just like Betty did last week.
