I use to go to Tyson way back when he had a small booth at Ivy (I think that was the name) in SLC. He was amazing then and is even more so now! He made me feel sexy every time I left him! in fact he reminds (I have been away from SLC for a long time) the only man I truely trust with my hair!! I know first hand how amazing and talented he is!! GO TYSON!!

Hey, I'm moving to SLC next month, any tips on where to find a stylist? I want to got through the least number of moving pains as possible.

Tyson sucks. He's a weasel and so arrogant it is disgusting. You can't trust him as far as you could throw him. I have to admit he did do a fantastic job though on the Elizabethan hair. The outfit made it fantastic. He lucked out there.

Um, excuse me...but you must be an absolute idiot to feel this way. From the very beginning, Tyson has been the clear leader. Tabatha has skills as well, but she is way too infantile about the whole competition. If you were watching, you would have noticed that Tabatha has been the one throwing arrogant remarks out there. She feels threatened by Tyson's masterful work, so she lashes out and tries to make him look bad. The truth is, Tyson takes everyone's antics in stride and rises to the challenge, again and again. There is nothing wrong with exuding confidence; you must do so in order to survive in this industry. Kudos to Tyson! I would give anything to have him cut my hair.

Wow...you really are deluded. I must regretfully inform you that i am in fact my own person, and no, Tyson hasn't paid me to back him up. I don't even feel that he needs my rescuing; his skill speaks for itself when he kicks everyone's ass each challenge. Cut the crap and next time you make an argument, at least substantiate it with some sort of evidence. Thanks in advance.

Oi, sorry mates Tyson is good yes, but he’s not that good. In fact this last episode, even though he came out on top, it kinda states it. He’s got skills, he can pull his bum out of the sharks and surprise you, but after watching him do a “Victorian” style hair do that looked nothing like it, I was a bit depressed. I would have thought he would have done his home work a little more. To much powder and quite honestly, it didn’t quite strike me as something that the women did in that era. That and it looked really bulky, like there was to much hair. But bah, what would I know? I’m lucky I remember what a brush it hehe .

I think Tyson needs to go back to SLC if he ever came to a big city like NYC or Philadelphia he'd be laughed out of town. I seen people just graduating from school cut hair better than him. We just have better artists here. I guess in an area like SLC moderately good is like being outstanding!! JMO. Combfowards are not a form of art.

Well, to each his own. However, Tyson wasn't creating a Victorian hairstyle...he had an entirely different era anyway. Also, to say that Tyson is only fit for a certain place sounds very geocentric to me.

Much like Top Design, I don't think too many of the contenders are that incredibly talented to begin with. Tyson stood out from the very beginning and his technical abilities pair up with his creative ingenuity to invent outstanding looks time after time. There are only a couple of his caliber in the competition, but his fate rests in the hands of the judges.

Tyson came across very well tonight. The hair wasn't that great, but at least he didn't take Unstable-Tab's bait. GOOD FOR YOU TYSON! You can't help that you got on the show with a complete freak (and little Grinch-looking person).

Tyson might be able to cut hair OK...but that's about it. I wouldn't let him do a special occasion style for me....I'm not surprised he's gone...

The horrible weasel Tabatha did herself in. She showed no grace. If she was all that and a bag of chips then why did she not do her do her own way?
She is cruel and vicious and I am glad the [expletive deleted] is gone.

I could not agree more! Tabatha dug her own grave the moment she opened her creepy little mouth. If she had handled the situation with some dignity like Tyson, she probably would still be on the show. The short cut challenege proved that those two can successfully coexist. I feel so sorry for anybody that ever has to work with Tabatha. She is completely unprofessional! Trash talking your partner to his client's family member is totally unacceptable. Tyson's bridesmaid hair looked more polished than Tabatha's bridal hair anyway. What was she thinking? She is 100% responsible for her own demise. Had she pulled off a better bridal look and not trash talked to such an excess, Ben and Boogie would have been booted instead.

and the show would have been more interesting if it went that way too!!!
