If he had the balls to intervene don't you think he would have also asked Jackie for an apology if he thought one was needed? The fact is the situation was settled. Brian Peeler wanted to start trouble like usual. Finally Jackie had enough of his insubordination and justly fired him.

The single most naive and paranoid comment I've read on the topic.

Coming down on Jackie has nothing to do with her being gay. It has to do with her being a hypocrite and a liar. She talks about others, like Peeler, needing to be respectful and professional, yet she does not display that behavior. She out and out lied about making comments about Jamie Eason and Lisa outed her on that. She won't own up to that and take any responsibility for that incident with Jamie Eason, or her role in escalating the discussion with Peeler into what it became.

There was nothing insubordinate about Peeler calmly going to Jackie privately and trying to find out why she disrespected his friend. Jackie Warner does not deserve support on this issue. She has made her bed and now she has to lie in it.

First let me state definitively that while no individual is perfect and we've all made comments we regret, the fact is we regret them and then act accordingly with apologies and modifications to our behavior. We were all tired (or sick) and sleeping away (and I think farmgirl was packing for a road trip to California to get hitched or something?) and thought there would be no more visitors for the night (silly us)! As a straight producer, I could not survive in the entertainment industry if I were not pro-gay/lesbian. It is our reality. That doesn't mean I sign up to support Jackie in any situation, however. I've met both Brian and Jackie socially and found them likable; I've known Rebecca since 2005 when I co-sponsored a charity event in which she participated. She is everything in real life that she is on-camera on Work Out.

I've thought some of Jackie's behavior during the past two seasons was odd -- perhaps even quirky -- but likely an editing choice for the resulting drama involved. When the show didn't appear on BRAVO in January as many of us in the trade expected, I suspected something was afoot. The May 6th episode convinced me that I was correct. Trainwreck television! I wonder if BRAVO and the produciton company tried to do damage control with sponsors before the season began? It doesn't appear they did, which is in bold print in "TV Production 101 for Dummies."

Now to my reaction, should anyone beside my mother care...

Jackie's blog denial stands in stark contrast to Jamie Eason and her boyfriend's account of events. Lisa's own blog differs as well. The preponderance of the evidence goes against Jackie. Our legal counsel says its not even a grey area, that Peeler, if not for his TV contract, would have an easy case against Sky Sport under Calif. labor law.

I'm not signing the petition because I believe it penalizes too many good people -- others in the cast and the production company who boldly gave us the video. Cancelling Work Out harms too many innocents and simply seems vindictive. Jackie, however, simply must go.

Let's bring the real owner of Sky Sport to the show -- Jillian Michaels, the wonderful trainer from "Bggest Loser." Anyone who watches that show and follows Jillian, knows she is a dedicated and caring professional. My guess is the first thing Jillian would do is to give Brian a hug.

I think somewhere I read that Jackie had bought Jackie's interest out of Sky Sport. I could be wrong.

I am sure we are stuck with Jackie if the program stays "Work Out" but a change of name and a few other adjustments might due the trick. I have a feeling that Jackie would not allow the trainers who work at Sky Sport to participate in a new program, they probably would have to quit and start up a new spa, which really is not such a bad idea.

Yeah, I'm not sure what can be done at this point...I would just like for Bravo to acknowledge its viewers distress over this matter.
