Hi there. I think Work Out has seen it's last season. However, I don't think it takes my particular "gift" to make that kind of statement.
I have a theory that this might be the reason Bravo hasn't deigned to make commentary on the hue and cry over Ms. Warner's abysmal behaviour and the fan's disatisfaction with the program this season.
I think the "high advisors" there, know there's not going to be another season anyway so "why get in a twist about it".

What you see onscreen in Reality TV & talkshows hosts is usually them.

What do I base this on? Well her behavior on her very own reality TV show has upset a few people (not sure if you noticed? A lot of people seem to have missed it)

If they had just come here to defend Jackie, I could respect that, but to come here and do what they did... despicable! If this is the type of behavior Jackie encourages... and these are the people she surrounds herself with, I for one will never watch an episode of Work Out again! And I was huge fan! I just feel bad for Peeler, Plitt & Renessa! Thank the gods they are no longer there and have to deal with Ms. Warner and her band of thugs at The SSS.

Ok I am very new (just registered) but have been reading all the posts since May 6. I love ya'll. I'm straight and married (he's a homophobe) but like many started watching Workout the first year and love love loved it!! It broke my heart when Doug died, and now I feel devastated all over again. Jackie, Jackie, Jackie when did you become such a hard hearted person? I feel like maybe I should have seen it in the first 2 seasons, but maybe my "jerk radar" was blocked? I was floored by the comments the SSS made regarding Peeler & Plitt being homophobic! Just to sow the seeds of dissent. It's sad really but I figure that's the only way that they know how to deal with someone who opposes them.

I have to agree that a lot of the comments in defense of Jackie really offended me. If they truly believe she did nothing wrong then speak your peice but to attack others and imply that since they don't agree with you that they are not really gay is just assinine.

I also have to say that DrB's ninja gas mask stuff was freaking hilarious and I laughed so hard diet coke sprayed out my nose!!

I have a hard time believing that no one at Bravo is reading these posts. There are also comments on laragmag.com from people that are very angry regarding the Jamie Eason situation. The only thing that I have to say about it is: I don't care if she did or didn't have cancer, a mastectomy, a lumectomy or any other otomy. To make fun of a person in a gym when you are the owner and supervisor of an employee is disgraceful and unprofessional. Male, female, gay, straight I don't care, you don't make fun of people and then spout obsenities at your employee when they want to speak with you. She has crossed so many lines even since then that I feel so disgusted by Jackie's behavior. And I'm still on the fence about Lisa. I still thinik she's a trouble maker and not the sweet person she is trying to portray herself as on her blog now.

I bet that is one reason for all that activitiy you speak of. A second reason is counterproductive to what we are trying to do. They could show the number of hits on the work out boards to future sponsors and that would be not a true picture of what is going on. Just a thought for you to ponder.

I think that Bravo does GET it. They don't have to do anything, the boards are full, people are watching the shows. This show was done so long ago that they are on to other things. All this happened last year, so the execs at Bravo are working on other shows etc

I think most people realize the boards for any website are used for more than just positive messages.

Here is my take on why Bravo has not responded. And everyone out there feel free to chime in.

Bravo has money invested in the show. Yes it has gone off the rails. But they have such a small slate of original programming that it would be difficult to fill those slots with anything too quickly...
(Bravo knows we don't want to see any more repeats of the Real Housewives of Pretentious Town).

Look how the Jamie/Peeler episode was edited.
I think this had to do with a struggle between Bravo (Show What Happens) and Jackie (Hide The Truth).
Remember the SSS group came to these boards stating that Brian Peeler and Greg Plitt were put on the show by Bravo. Jackie fought to have them fired from HER show.

I don't think a network would take kindly to being told what to do by one of their "stars".
I think you can tell that Jackie's so called "Contractual Control" has left the public and the advertisers with a pretty bad taste in our mouths.
I really believe this is why Bravo has not made a public statement.
If they address the public they would be aligning with Jackie (which they haven't).
If they fire Jackie now, it would taint all of the upcoming Bravo shows she is involved with. I think they will let the series run it's course and most likely just not "renew" it. This way they save face and appease angry fans and viewers.

These shows are filmed months in advance but can be (and usually are) edited right up to the last minute. Look at last weeks episode with the "good" Jackie.
