Yes, I know about Fox's license & where the money goes on all of the news channels. For the record, I didn't dismiss anyone's claims, just stated what my experience was. That's why I opened the discussion, not to anger anyone. Sorry for thinking this was an open board. I've seen a lot of open & honest discussion & a lot of hate here. I was hoping to avoid the latter. As if it is special to be allowed to have a job or get married to the

person you are in love with. How dare anyone say this is not

acceptable. It makes me feel so angry that anyone supports these

guys then life hits me in the nose because I like some of the shows

on FOX. It is all Rupert Murdoch. How does this man have some of

the most progressive shows of the entire shows available to the viewing

public and yet be so narrow minded and right wing type causes? It

is amazing to me to not just see me being unture to myself but this

man who owns so much television produce these shows with every type

of character on the planet yet he is so right wing it is appalling. Smoke

screen I suppose. How does one not watch shows like House? I am

blanking on some of the others. It is embarrassing enough that I only

don't watch FOX NEWS. I watch FOX. television.

Also, anytime there is a new release, Fox News and all of their affiliates show up at the press junkets just like everyone else. Has Cynthia Nixon refused to interview with Fox during the press promotions for the Sex and the City Movie? I'm asking. I don't know. I can't do the list now. I will give it to you later. Many a gay celeb have appeared on Fox to promote something other than their gayness.
No I don't support Fox but if I launch an attack on them, it will not be via one small celeb. I will make an appeal to all the celebs who have appeared on Fox and focus on the bigotry that Fox spreads.

I wasn't angry about people not reading my posts. I am pretty used

to it. Because of the double space and at first to single space readers

it is different and they don't realize that once they read that way for

awhile not only is there less distraction but you can see in between the

lines and sometimes even feel the emotions. Not sure what that works

so well for me. I began double spacing as I said before to make myself

slow down my thoughts and to be able to concerntrate better. I was

amazed how well it worked. Anyway, usually when I post about

how someone is not the only one unread, it is to help them feel better

and realize that there is nothing personal in it. These online forums

are what they are. I do the best I can and go from there. I am

glad you read what I wrote. It feels good knowing it. I was never

really angry with anyone. It was more about making other people

feel better about what was going on.

I have met your wife and think that she is a wonderful lady. I am sorry she was treated the way she was - I'm afraid it is at least partially because she allied herself with those of us who are protesting Jackie's behavior toward her clients and trainers on work Out. (This does not in any way excuse the way she was attacked, but I still feel bad that it put her in the line of fire!) You can be very proud of the way she has responded - with strength and humor! We really have become quite fond of her!

Here is my take on why Bravo has not responded. And everyone out there feel free to chime in.

Bravo has money invested in the show. Yes it has gone off the rails. But they have such a small slate of original programming that it would be difficult to fill those slots with anything too quickly...
(Bravo knows we don't want to see any more repeats of the Real Housewives of Pretentious Town).

Look how the Jamie/Peeler episode was edited.
I think this had to do with a struggle between Bravo (Show What Happens) and Jackie (Hide The Truth).
Remember the SSS group came to these boards stating that Brian Peeler and Greg Plitt were put on the show by Bravo. Jackie fought to have them fired from HER show.

I don't think a network would take kindly to being told what to do by one of their "stars".
I think you can tell that Jackie's so called "Contractual Control" has left the public and the advertisers with a pretty bad taste in our mouths.
I really believe this is why Bravo has not made a public statement.
If they address the public they would be aligning with Jackie (which they haven't).
If they fire Jackie now, it would taint all of the upcoming Bravo shows she is involved with. I think they will let the series run it's course and most likely just not "renew" it. This way they save face and appease angry fans and viewers.

These shows are filmed months in advance but can be (and usually are) edited right up to the last minute. Look at last weeks episode with the "good" Jackie.

Liam, thank you, I had not thought of that. I like how you make me think outside the box. I really do hope that they do not renew the show. Sadly I don't think I can not watch it. It's like driving by an accident, you don't want to look, but you do. I don't actually watch it in real time (my husband is really not into to it at all!) but I do watch the recorded version later. I have to agree with you about the editing, the execs are probably trying to make her look better. Kind of like when they had her go to Jonathan Antin (from Blow Out) to get her hair done that time. They were probably trying to show him in a better light.

OK, first of all, the cat is only the size of a small FAINTING goat, not a regular size goat. I came home this AM to crap all over the kitchen floor. I don't know if she thought you were suppose to use the whole bag or what, but it was everywhere. He only bothers her when I'm gone, which I thought she exaggerated, but Nannie Cam caught it all. He is really very sweet and loves to cuddle(with me). Do not know who to thank for the catnip tip but don't encourage her. Someone told her to bath him for god's sake. Called from London and she announces she is going to bath Morris.

I was also wondering, did the catnip work?

No, I think he was too afraid to get out of the kitchen window he sleeps in. He didn't know what was all over the floor!

I was really hoping she didn't try the bath thing! My cats love my, but would scratch like heck if I tried to bathe them!
