Oh you mean the infomercial last night?
I thought it was boring as well. I tivo'ed it and ff thru most of the workout video stuff. I thought it was incredibly rude for jackie to think her time is worth more than other people's time, but I guess that shouldn't surprise me at this point. "I'm Denny Crane" LMAO
It was interesting to see what goes into a video, and I have to wonder how good a shape the trainers are in. I know they had to do many takes, but they weren't doing anything terribly taxing to the muscles. I wish we got to see more of them during the seasons to see how they train. Sure doesn't seem like they train for musclular endurance. And it seems they could all work on their cardio a bit.
Ya know, I flip flop on the ex partners thing. It acutally depends on the situation for me. I've had some gf that have been wonderful friends with their exs. I mean, it's hard to tell someone not to have any contact with someone they were intimate with .....unless that is what they both want.
Another situation I was in (big mistake) it was just a little odd. Her ex still got her mail at my gf house and the gf didnt' take her name off the house..I dunno. I know that doesn't sound so bad, but there was more to it. I just had a wierd feeling about it. maybe because they seemed to be so sneaky about it....or maybe I was just looking for excuses...who knows.
I can't believe jackie just went in her phone like that. wow....definatley a sign of mistrust and extreme insecurity. I'm actually starting to feel pity for her. I dont' think she'll ever be happy in a relationship.

Falzone, I'm wanting to know more about this foreshadowing. The only thing I can remember about Lisa and sugery is (dare I mention it) was when there was chat about the breast augmentation of Peeler's client. I thought I read in her blog that she was considering some augmentation.

Also consistent was JW's more obvious concern for her own interests in saying to Lisa that she could, indeed have friday off, but then adding "I hope the place doesn't burn down" (or something equally self-serving)

Just a quick note on the Lisa surgery issue. I still haven't watched the episode so kill me if I'm totally ignorant but here's what it says in the episode description on Amazon. You can download a 45 min version of the episode which means it might be slightly different edit. I don't know how many minutes of advertising they have on Bravo? Seems like it's more than 15 minutes??
ALSO, no one has mentioned Agostina's son!? I had no idea? Was that on last night's show? If these are different edits, I'm gonna have to download!! Very curious.

I wonder if this is what was given to Amazon prior to the show's release. I guess the only way to find out is to download an episode. Either they're different OR Bravo went back and totally re-edited the show! I have to say, the original edits sound better than what they've shown this season. Jesse runs a boot camp for Playboy bunnies? WTF? Did we see that?

JC/SOB pointed you in the right direction with regards to Lisa. The foreshadowing was the pratfall on the Canyon run. I thought she fell flat again with the DVD producers, not only for making them cool their heels for over an hour, but for being so unprepared.
Totally off topic, but I was just outside doing some weeding and found some gorgeous wild leeks. Wow, are they ever strong. There must be something to organic after all. Now I have to go find some lemons to get the smell off.
I posted a lighthearted post about how the show is not even missed
anymore. I didn't care it was on and I posted it. I made no comments
about any other poster. I simply mentioned how refreshing it was that
what I did see didn't have someone who believed that anyone who
disagreed with them was disrespectful. You reply infers I have attacked
others. Why else would you make a point about how both sides have
attacked each other. I never did. I resent when my light hearted posts
are treated as someone being mean. I made no claim about anyone.
I did not attack anyone and you give me some sort of holier than thou
attitude and this is not the first time. I am glad I am over this show. I
am glad that at least "I" stood up to Jackie Warner and walked away.
Her behavior has been disgraceful in just the first three episodes. From
what I read from last week or so her behavior towards her Mother was
also dreadful. Still you guys watch it. I don't. I am standing true to
my claim. Why anyone felt it was necessary to lecture me about
writing about the show on a forum meant to talk about the show is
almost unreal. I figure someone is feeling guilty that unlike me they
have not been able to walk away from someone like Jackie Warner.
Even not seeing Rebecca bothers me anymore. I am so glad I am over
that show to the point that I don't care what anyone else thinks. I
am always polite, so maybe this is why my post was used to make yet
another plea to not talk about the show or whatever your need to stop
me posting about how happy I am to not miss that show is, I don't
care. I didn't deserve the moral lecture as I have not ever attacked
anyone. In fact, this post is probably as close as I have ever come to
attacking anyone ever.
