A little something for the non-texans. One day my nephew (who was born here but mom is from NY) told me he was a true texan cuz he was born here. I said "Son, just cuz you were born here don't make you a true texan, if the cat had kittens in the oven, we wouldn't call em biscuits". His face fell until I told him, it's a way of life not a matter of being born here and he certainly lived the Texas way of life.
