Do 2 minutes fast walk with ramp all the way up, then 2 minutes jog with ramp flat, then 1 minute walk to cooldown-REPEAT 3 more times equalling 20 minutes. It's intense and will change your body.

okay, back to wo. I was impressed with Brianas level of commumication. It was really clean. Freakin Jackie was like a 16 year old: no skill whatsoever: did anyone else notice that jackie had the same clothes on as last week, when she was checking briana's cell? and that Shunda of a therapy session....WTF was THAT. First of all poor Briana. She was in a couples intervention session, with a therapist that her girlfriend had a long established relationship with. Briana may be young ,but she is no dope. she is wise beyond her years, and light years ahead of Jackie. Jackie is pissin' and moanin' about 20 year olds and how immature Briana is. ( hellBriana is one year younger than MIMI) Jackie is a Chicken Hawk!!! ( Did jackie walk out mid session, oh, by the way???)
