I am very happy with the judges decision. I am glad of the results and I like this episode. I just don't like the annoying losing couple.
I am glad that those stuck up, ghetto, sore losers, rude couple didn't win. They were judging everyone from the beginning and think that they are above others when clearly the husband needs to go back to school for photography and his housewife needs to stop BS-ing cause most of the things she said just makes her look more pitiful and pathetic like she's trying too hard to be smart when it doesn't even make sense. They can just go home and live in their illusion thinking that the whole world is against them because they are so perfect. Please, have he look at his work lately, or have she look in the mirror?
I can't believe they don't have any class and just outright tell the other couple that their work is better. They are just embarrassing themselves on national TV especially when they LOSE.
I couldn't agree more with mingen. I am so glad that Maria won. I wish the photo would have been more full view but I think she did a great job.
It is sad that the other couple are so delusional AND they have a baby that they called piggy. I hope that name gets dropped soon - even if it is a pet name. Girls have enough self-image issues as it is.

It's so nice to see that everyone has the same impressions of Alex and Heather. Maria and I wanted to keep our thoughts to ourselves on national TV and remain professional and courteous. We are both very happy with the end result. How could we not be, right? I had a wonderful time going through the process and had even more fun, though frustrating at times, teaching Maria exactly what I thought she needed to know to win. I sized up the competition, came up with a strategy and a game plan, which, in the end worked to our favor. When you want professional photography, you've got to call upon a professional. This one just happens to be on the Jersey side!

Heather's assumption that she could use her 'superior' (and nonexistant) artistic eye to overcome her complete lack of willingness to learn anything about composition or lighting really screwed her.
It's not often I wish that I could reach through a TV and strangle someone but Alex was an exception. Good on you Daniel for having the restraint to not counter his childish remarks. It ended up making him look like even more of a jerk.
In a vacuum of objectivity I agreed with the judges decision. Except for the lighting problem, Maria's composition was superior. It also seemed less contrived, and stuck more closely to the objective.
In short, Alex and Heather are horrible, bitter, petty and small minded. It's hard to imagine people with that sort of self important attitude having many genuine relationships in their lives. Must be lonely at the "top".
Good luck to you two and congratulations. It was well deserved.

Off-topic, despite what other people are saying I am really digging this show. I think Essman's biting comments are funny. Some of them are 'less than appropriate' I guess, but its what makes her who she is.
