As for your comments about "Charity comes first", I pray they pull you from EVERY POSSIBLE CHARITY. Since you and "Lisa" have so much respect for people with breast cancer. I find it so convient that you didn't want Bravo to air your entire conversation. Whats the matter Jackie, you only want others to look bad. Well unfortunately, all the editing in the world couldn't make you look good. Your true colors really are showing.

If its that hard for you to socialize with your trainers, the don't. I'm sure they would be MUCH happier not seeing you as well.

Well, you have lost one viewer here. And from the responses I am seeing, I think you really damaged your company. All I can say is, I would LOVE TO BE THERE WHEN YOU FALL!!! And I know you will be falling hard!!!

I, like many of you, registered here tonight just to vent about this episode. Of course, I am sure that is what Bravo wanted. I tried to find an email to the gym and was unsuccessful so I called them and let them know.
It was just amazing to watch as Jackie kept her head down when Peeler first came in, not really wanting to deal with the situation but having been "caught" and then became so defensive. As a business owner myself, I would have felt it prudent to speak directly to both the client and the trainer and offer my sincerest apologies. As the trainer, I would want to know that this would not happen to another one of my clients.
I also agree that if we are offering up firings for disrespect, Lisa certainly needs one for her direspect of a patron. Although it would be hard to fire someone for something you initially found so humorous herself.

I also just registered to comment on how full of herself Jackie has become. She should realize that that show is not "HER" but it is the trainers, that make it interesting.

Peeler was at least a good trainer and seemed well liked by his clients, whatever their condition. And I never heard him make fun of any of the clients of Sky Lab. If I was in LA and choosing a trainer, I would choose Peeler over Jackie anyday.

Jackie is just rude and I will never buy any clothing, workout DVD, future books, supplements, or whatever she dreams up to be next in her empire.

And then she says the only reason to bring it up to me is to start a fight - well maybe he brought it up to her because it was her gym. She would have said it was disrespectful if he talked to the others about it!

Perhaps Jackie is acting this way for the show's producers. I don't know, but if not, she needs to hit UCLA and take some serious management courses.

I can't say I won't watch the train wreck that is Jackie...but I have to say i'm really disappointed in her. If this is her "personal growth" from stemming from therapy...she needs to ask for a refund!

She came off as such a likable woman in the first two episodes. A hard worker..a victim in a bad relationship (which made her somewhat human) and now she is acting like a typical steroid junkie...mood swings and all. Deny deny deny Jackie...you had nothing to do with any of your problems is just everyone else that has the problems!
I guess the news of the workout dvd explains the new trainers. "We are going for sexy!" Well why not hire some models then...have maybe a few that have already made some workout videos..a la Greg!
In this latest episode...the lies she tell the currant girlfriend..her wild mood swings, and the fact she doesn't ever reprimand he office manager Lisa for degrading a client, just underlines her double standards for people. How she is willing to twist the truth into anything "she" can feel comfortable with to validate her behavior.
I will probably stick around to the finale just to hear her blame it all on bravo and how they "edited things" to make her look bad! As Gomer said..SURPRISE SURPRISE SURPRISE!

I have to be honest...this was my first time to see this show and will most likely be my last. I am like several of you that I have read in that I could not get on here fast enough to post.
My first question is, how can you be a "professional" in the fitness industry and not have a clue who Jamie Eason is? She should have been recognized right off. Jamie is a true professional in the sport and carries herself well. The fact that she was treated and talked about in this manner shows a great lack of class...and also a great lack of self esteem on the part of those making the negative remarks. It seems as though people have to put down others to make up for their lack esteem, character, etc. Grow Up!
I don't care whether you knew she had breast cancer or not, you DO NOT talk about clients.
Jackie also needs to learn how to be a professional with her establishment. You always take time to hear out your co-workers when there is an issue they feel needs to be resolved. It doesn't matter how much they get under your skin. That just goes with the territory of being a grown up.
I would imagine that most people within the fitness industry who heard and saw how Jamie was treated will turn a cold shoulder to Ms. Warner. She has allowed a great lady to be disrespected.

I guess she thought that she could do or say anything she wanted since "her" show was doing so well and love had finally come her way. Jackie totally blew off the breast implant comment. If it had been Brian making the comment that Lisa did she would have fired him on the spot. She was just waiting for the opportunity to fire him. She stated he was looking for a fight but in reality she wanted to fire him and was disrespectful to him. He may have been unprofessional but she was hoping the situation would go that way! I registered just express my disgust and disappointment at Jackie's behavior! Words can't even express how terrible I found her behavior...and the behavior of her flunkie, er, assistant!

Oh, and if you read Lisa's blog, you will find that the client, her boyfriend and Peeler accepted Lisa's apology for what was said, but also wanted an apology from Jackie for her comments. On the show Jackie said she didn't say anything, but apparently that is not true. She did make rude comments, according to Lisa.

I, also, am not a typical poster to tv shows. Thonight, however, I was just shocked. First of all, Lisa should have been immediately handled by Jackie (before boyfriend was even noticed) on her comments. Its one thing to be in a personal, gatty and a hater in a private situation (off cameral preferably) to gossip or hate on someone. As a woman, myself I understand the typical gossip deal.

With that said, when Brian approached her in her office... I believe she should have explained the whole story. Ususally as a busines owner I don't think you have to explain your actions to ANY employees. BUT! In this situation this was the exception. I know that Peeler at times can be totally out of line, and I get that. But of ALLLLLL times to fire him? This was NOT it. I am a breast cancer survivor myself. If I had been in same situation, the next morning I totally would have espected a call from Jackie herself, apologizing for the RUDE AND FILTHY comments Lisa made. I know that it wasn;t Kackie's word, but as she ALWAYS says they represent HER. Lisa apologing? Yea she apologized because she was CAUGHT... even without the cancer twist, she would have. Do I fel sorry for hee (Lisa)? No way. My girfriends and I (15 total, 9 breast cancer survivors) were TOTALLY shocked at Jackie's ubwillingness to repremand Lisa. I believe (as do the rest of us) the reason for Jackie not wanting to discuss the situation at that moment, was because she KNEW she had allowed a hornet's next to be opened. I am also very sure this episode will due damage to HER reputation as well as her business.

Jackie, I have always been a huge fan of yours. No, I will not stop watching the show, though 6 girls in our group have sworn it off. I have a feeling that not this post, nor any others will phase her. ... I actually cried. Of all the reasons to terminate Peeler... this was so not it. Jackie, at your reunion show, I suspect you will still say "you did nothing wrong". But yes - yes you fif. Lusa isn't just your right hand, and your ears.... she is a disgusting piece of gossipy trash.

Why couldnt you just say to the camera crew... Please stop taping now, this is very private. And give Peeler the truth. Lisa is unprofessional - and if she were my employee? Would have been written up on the spot, before boyfriend even entered. (Yes, dear Jackie, I know this isnt my business to run)

I sadly have to go along with everyone else's comments right now. I have always been a big fan of workout and I thought Jackie was a positive great caring person. That changed when I saw her making out with her girlfriend at the dinner table with all of her co-workers. That screams unprofessional for any trainer especially the boss who should be setting an example.

What really disturbed me was what just happened with Brian Peeler. I completly understand that they butt heads and don't get along. But what happened to his client is exactly what she should be concerned with and it is completley here responsibilty to deal with the situation instantly because shes the owner! It doesn't matter that she didn't make the comment. It was her employee that made it about a client at the workplace!! What kind of business does she think she can run. That comment was horrible in general and it makes it disgusting the fact that the poor innocent CLIENT that gives her money was disrespected in such an intimate way. Peeler had every right to be completly emotional because his client was humiliated and she thought it wasn't her problem. Sad jackie, you reacted that way simply because you hate peeler, act professionally for once and admit that you handled the entire thing the wrong way

I was REALLY hoping that the new season was going to be at least reasonable... WOW!!! HOW WRONG WAS I??? I mean seriously?!?!?!? From the very beginning, it has gone from bad to worse and I think this last episode may very well have sounded the death knell for 'Work Out' for real! There were so many things that have made me crazy, I don't know where to start but I will TRY to be brief.

1. JACKIE GET REAL!!!!
I think that Jackie must be absolutely, pathologically, INSANE!!! Yes, Peeler has been getting a bit nuts but she just went berzerk! PLUS, not even looking into the issue with Gregg and his client and just blaming the fat girl? Thats NICE... real nice! What a way to segue to making fun of a client and then on to fire Peeler for her own mistake. No wonder her trainers aren't professional... They don't have much of a role model. I wanted so badly to like her!!!!!! I am sorely disappointed!!!

2. GREGG is just a TOOL!!
How can he sit there and get so high and mighty and act like he was just attacked for no reason? I mean if he hadn't been constantly late and unavailable to his client.. OH and the fact that when he was "attacked for no reason" he happened to be walking in LATE, MAYBE he would have a case. I am not trying to say that this girl may not have her own issues but for Gregg to be constantly late and then just treat her the way he did (he is real proud of himself no doubt) shows that while he may be "the professional" he sure has a lot to learn about what it means to be professional!

Okay first of all, I knew that the moment today's show started with Jackie telling her girlfriend, that she was bored and ready to come back, she said she was up to here with her trainers! She dissed the cruise that had her there for free. Bad dinner after bad dinner. She was sooo shady with her girlfriend.

I'm disappointed. She's changed or we are finally seeing the real Jackie.

I agree, Jackie is looking especially ridiculous this season! During the altercation with Peeler (who is a bit ridiculous himself though not wrong in this situation) which resulted in him being fired it IS her job to discuss what happened with him! She owns the gym in which one employee was talking poorly about one of another employees clients to which she could have informed him before he heard it from his client and explained what happened and that they apologized but she did not and he had questions about it the next day, rightfully so! I would be offended too! Talk about acting unprofessional, that is unprofessional, it is her duty as the owner to handle situations like that and it should have been discussed and explained and assured that it was resolved and would never happen again, that would be professional. I like that way she keeps throwing that unprofessional word around when she slips her girlfriend the tongue in front of her trainers and is always involving them in her relationship drama. She is especially self absorbed this season, hard to watch.

my opinion of jackie just went down the drain. i admired her so much before tonight's episode. i wonder if bravo's cameras recorded the comments but chose not to air them... when do they take the cameras off jackie? like never...

OH MY GOD! I have lost all and any respect for WACKY JACKIE. I have friends and family that have survived and lost to breast cancer. I have watched Jackies show from the beginning. I also own a gym and never have i ever bad mouthed a member or client. And who does that secretary think she is. What a petty insecure lil kiss ass she is and to bad mouth someone where she has no room to, especially someone she doesnt know. If anyone needed to go it was her. Jackie, you have gotten too wrapped up in yourself and have put yourself on a higher pedestal than you should be. You need to come back down to reality. How you handled Peeler, completely unproffessional. And what repercussions did your secretary face after putting her fat foot in her fat mouth? Im disgusted with the whole show, Jackie, the "IM ALL THAT" secretary and where the show has now gone. Good luck to the rest of the trainers. Hopefully Jackie has not tarnished your images because you have all worked hard doing what you love. Im done with the show forever as are my friends.

I wonder if co-owner of Sky Sport and Spa Jillian Michaels (one of the trainers on the Biggest Loser) will agree that Jackie did nothing wrong and clients who don't like Jackie should just go somewhere else?

Thankfully Greg Plitt (the new guy) and Renessa Williams (new blonde girl) must have gotten wise to Jackie as well. Because if you go to her Sky Sport Spa website neither of them work there anymore either. I truly hope the pull this show, and someone finally wises up and sues Jackie's pants off. She defends Gregg for caring more about his music career than a Sky Lab client. But fires Peeler for caring about a client and defending the client. BRAVO I hope you actually read these pages and pull this show about this megalomaniac sexual predator.

I have never been so steamed about a show before! I registered to write about my disappointment about the crap that went on between Jacki and Brian on today's episode. I have never done this before today's awful show

Okay, I admit, I like the show. However, I can't believe the latest episode!!! Is it clever editing, or, is it truly what happened? Peeler may have asked about the Doug benefit...or did he call out Jakie on the insensitive comment made by Lisa?

Plus - I can't believe Gregg treated his client so horribly! Did Lisa even talk to Jackie about Gregg's upset client??? Bottom line, based on what we saw, Gregg is acting like a jerk to his client - and it seems like he's totally gotten off, without even a talking too!

The common thread in each scenario is Lisa. The well documented eyes and ears for Jackie. I find it hard to believe that Peeler is really going to off the show...though knowing reality series loving Bravo, maybe he'll get a spinoff.

I'll admit, if a Peeler spinoff is the result...I'll be watching.

PS - Peeler, jump on a treadmill - work on your cardio!!!

I saw that too. Kudos to some trainers with class who would rather not be affiliated with this type of business. Although...the season is not over yet...maybe they were fired for wanting an explanation for her laughter at some morbidly obese client or someone with a mentally challenged child. I honestly would not put it past ole Jackie...would you??

After tonight I will no longer watch this show, and I sent an email to Bravo TV. I watched the show from the first episode - and I enjoyed the first 2 seasons. This season is a trainwreck. I agree with the person who posted that Bravo should have a new show Peelerbuilt! It will be interesting to see the shows ratings next week. Brian you Will be missed!

Could Peeler be more of a grand standing punk? I run 3 companies with a number of Associates (we don't use the term 'employee') and I can tell you that one of them would act the way he is/has, and spoke about me the way he does about Jackie, he would be teaching Tae Bo at the YMCA in a second! And....I am convinced he WAAAAAY over played the reaction to other trainers death...could be wrong but I don't think I am.

As many of you, I registered tonight to comment on this episode. I am married to a breast cancer survivor (on 5/3 did cancer walk-a-thon) and I have 128 employees, 10 supervisors and 5 managers that I am responsible for in my business. I have had my moments of not wanting to listen to people but I have always prided myself of listening to them even if I disagree with them. I have never fired anyone in anger always had my reasons and proper documentation (counseling sessions, warnings, usually 3 etc).

What Ms. Warner's business needs is a leader, which she is not one at this time and a Human Resource Manager as neutral party.

I will be boycotting the show for the rest of the season, which will probably make no difference but it will make me feel better that I do not continue to contribute to Ms. Warner's success.

I believe that this episode will just get glorified and have people tune in to see what happens next. Unfortunately, where her business is located people can do anything and be forgiven, basically as a good friend told me "This city is 50 sq miles of fantasy land surrounded by reality."

At least I can go to bed each night and sleep well, can you Ms. Warner?

I was wondering if I was the only one who has watched this season with my jaw hanging open. Jackie's response to everything this season is stunning.

First of all, Jackie fired the wrong person. It is inappropriate, unacceptable and unprofessional to allow your employees to criticize the clients in your business, Jackie. In ANY capacity. Lisa should've been let go there and then. Then to find out the woman was a cancer survivor...wow.

Speaking of Lisa, she could stand to lose about 30 pounds herself. She's incompetent as a receptionist and displayed no diplomacy skills whatsoever during the confrontation between Gregg and the client. Why didn't she steer the conversation back to the original point: he shows up late. Period.

It makes one wonder what other things are said there. I think 24HourFitness' staff is probably trained better. This is pure working class in terms of social etiquette. With her ignorance of even elementary proper professional behavior coupled with her burgeoning narcissism, egomania, and despicable treatment of the first decent woman she's probably ever been with, Jackie is headed for failure in every aspect of her life. I used to love this show but count me out.

PS Brian, I think you were right about many things in regard to Jackie but you should NEVER threaten anyone or speak of hurting someone the way you did on the phone with the trainers. Seek some help, you need it badly. Working with Jackie has demoralized you and damaged you and you need to take care of yourself. Best of luck to you.

You run 3 companies but think it acceptable to bash a client to the point that someone else (in this case a boyfriend) has to walk into the room and set you straight...and then believe you have no duty to apologize to the client directly and the employee working with her??? Then please give us a list of your companies because I can think of many who would like to avoid them.

I've watched this show since the beginning, and I haven't felt good about Jackie for awhile. It always seems like her clients are merely a means to an end. She is always so much more interested in their results than in them as people. Everything she does is about Jackie the product. I've been tired of her for a looooong time.

As a former supervisor, I hate how she treats her staff. She acts like a friend until she gets pissed and then she's a boss. It doesn't work very well. Then she goes on and on about how her flirtation with Rebecca was so innocent. It's like nails on a chalkboard. She sleeps with her staff, and then she doesn't get why the girl isn't right around her anymore. And, of course, it's all Rebecca's fault.

Jackie's never wrong apparently, and tonight's episode made me sick. Like many others, it prompted me to sign up to these boards tonight, and I have watched Bravo reality for years!

Sure, Peeler's whiny. She's given him reason. And if she didn't, he'd probably still be whiny, but he is a good trainer and a good person.

I really don't think I can stomach anymore of her. I get the sense that the show will find a way to focus on her positively to offset this, and I'm just not buying it.

Jackie is about Jackie. She'll act like she's more than that, but I'm not buying it.

I am extremely disgusted and appalled at Jackie like everyone else here. I wholeheartedly agree with all the well thought out and stated comments regarding her behavior. These are very intelligent viewers that felt compelled to register and post. I would cut and paste their comments here. This show should be cancelled, all Jackie's clothing, DVDs and merchandise boycotted. In fact Bravo should apologize as it reflects so poorly on them. To profit from, condone and permit such conduct is sickening. Bravo, man up and show the comments the kiss ass receptionist made, or are you afraid of the even bigger backlash.

Any other employer who makes sexual advances on employees and conducts themselves as Jackie does in the workplace would certainly be subject to complaints and possibly lawsuits.

I felt exactly as Peeler did. She deserves a big fat puch in the face. I hope she suffers the consequences. Peeler, we support you 1000%!

I have turned the show OFF for good tonight. This whole show is a joke. Bravo needs to rethink this one all together. Jackie is NOT all that. Her childish, unprofessional and self absorbed behavior is not entertainment. I truly hope that every breast cancer survivor and their friends boycott this show now. Not because of what was said but because of the callious and unprofessional manner in which is was handled. Maybe a reality check is what Jackie needs most ? I'm really dissappointed in Work Out. I looked forward to a reality show that featured a lesbian who was professional, REAL, and had a shred of morals. Instead Jackie has single handedly reinforced the negative beliefs about our morals, behaviors, and attitudes that alot of us have fought to overcome. As a lesbian I am outraged that Jackie as seen as a representative. If I might Jackie....maybe you should spent alot more time on your shrinks sofa!

Does she age seven years in most people's one? You know, like a barn yard animal (no disrespect to barn yard animals!!!) And that new girl friend...yuck! And Lisa is running Jackie's show. I hope they all leave. Does she actually pay them any money? Are these customers paying? Jackie needs to go back to the boondocks or maybe try out for the next edition of Tila Tequila Shot at Love VIII.

I totally agree with Brain....if Jackie wants to act like a man then let her be man enough to take a beating! She brought it on herself. She wants to be the end all be all, let her get in the ring and end it or be it all.

I can't stop expressing how angry I felt regarding Jackie's behavior and what this show has now come to represent. It's fine if this was put out there as another one of those mindless Trump 'You're Fired!' shows but she goes on and on about how she cares about this and she wants to help that. I was referred to Sky Sport & Spa after having spine surgery resulting from a violent crime. The people mentioned above were extremely rude and made it clear they cared ZERO about clients. I first called on a Monday. These people are so lazy they refuse to take any information over the phone and insist you fax them sensitive information via FAX against all HIPAA privacy and security laws.

So I was forced to fax in my information.

Connie "the manager", promised she would get back to me by Thursday. Friday came and I had not heard back so I contacted SKY SPORT & SPA. They told me they never received my fax. Nice of them to let me know eh? I knew they had lost my information so I suggested they take my information over the phone this time.



Connie continued to raise her voice at me and repeatedly interrupted me, it was very disturbing especially after being the victim of a violent crime. She put Chris on the phone to take my information but when I attempted to give it to him he had such an attitude it was impossible, so impossible, that I finally had to ask for the abrasive Connie again!

I asked for a callback from the owner and was told the owner is apparently too uninvolved to bother with potential client referrals.



Apparently this place has some tv show coming up so maybe thats why they have such a poor attitude. My recommendation is if the owner is too stuck up to monitor her staff and allows them to be so terribly rude then any new clients they receive through tv fame will not last very long.

What I find it funny how everyone is getting mad about what lisa and jackie said and they should...it's just that when the trainers talked about other people in previous episodes it was ok. I feel as though if you are going to put down jackie for running her mouth then do it every time someone talks bad about another person. In all honesty none of us know if jackie or lisa called to apologize personally later.
