That's a quick way to clean my fridge!

I cook for two these days but still cook like I'm feeding six so I freeze a lot of stuff. Impossible to make a small batch of chili!!

And I can't think of a reason to if it wasn't!

Here I was, figuring that I could finally finally relax on the boards and catch up to the show.....but, my creative writing teacher sprung a surprise on little ole us! We are having a "short basic' quiz next Wed for our final......PLUS we have to complete and turn in a minimum ten page short story "our best work possible" and incorporate.....poetry, literary ideations as studied AND drama! I swear.....if I survive this week, I'd best find a way to get published!

*wink* I really can't grumble too much, found out that I am pulling a solid 4.0 so far in the class.

Dinner on the porch, TC night....well, the hubby broiled some sirloins, I have a roast-beef chili on the stove, and we have an appetizer (sp?) of coc-ktail onions, organic green olives, carrot slices, and roma tomatoes, all set up on the porch for your enjoyment. Bar's open, have at it.

OH....and here's something sweet for all y'all!


Unfortunately I am gonna go get busy on the homework. Hope to catch you guys later.....keep us West Coasters up to speed, as it were!
