I was thinking sore "winner" too. I wasn't sure about Richard at first but the more I saw of him, the more I liked him. The partnering with Dale, the humility over his dessert win, the line about Antonia/having kids. He got class, nothing like Marcel (I was afraid at first he was going to be like Marcel because of the molecular gastronomy thing).

Do not joke about this... do not watch it maybe just maybe they wont kick off the deserving chefs. Watch it latter just not at the first episode, this will cause a big drop in ratings and hopefully wake up the producers!!!

i just think they were in shocck b/c they are good people. Granted, if Lisa had left they would have congratulated Antonia, but if LIsa was a different person adn they really liked both of them, I think it woudl have been more likely they would still have acted down regardless of who left. lisa has no one but herself to blame fo rnot getting a congratulations. She knows that she has been on teh bottom several several times and antonia rarely.

The top chef producers are loving it and counting the web hits. 440 people on teh borads right now.

All of this drama is why i watch top chef but this season they have just been doing a good job of keeping the most untalented people. Lisa said her famous, you won't be disappointed but that's all we can be. ugh!

Wow, I'm on the west coast and just saw Antonia's photo up as the ousted Chef. I was pretty sure it was going to be Lisa. Hopefully, when I watch the episode, I'll feel that Lisa earned the right to stay. I really hated it when Dale left because I thought it should have been Lisa based on the two failed dishes, as well as her failure to make anything anyone liked in restaurant wars. I'm not bashing Lisa--she's had some dishes the judges enjoyed--but that particular night didn't sit well with me. Hopefully, she earned it tonight.

I am by NO MEANS a fan of Lisa! She should have left right after Niki, WITH Spike! BUT Antonia does not deserve to be in the top 3! She didn't know how to cook anything other than beef, lamb and poached eggs! I was waiting for one of the judeges to make a comment about that. And she had her fair share of being on the bottom as well... not as much as Lisa of course. The top 3 should have been Richard, Dale, and Stephanie. At this point, I don't care as long as either Richard or Stephanie win.
