Nicole just can't help slamming everyone! Her clients hair is trashed, 'Daniel talks too much,' and "I've got to win this challenge because I deserve it!" lol!!

Oh the photographer was a D I C K!! Oh my Gawd, I keep hearing on these shows a true professional should be nice! This guy was rude, a jerk, and not mindfull that most of these people have never done a photo shoot! Let up on 'em! Shesshhhh!!

Well that judging was BS as usual! I won't rat out the result for all you west coasters! I used to live in California and got SPOILER ALERTS before I even sat down to watch! lol!!

Oh I've got sooooooo much to say about tonight's episode I don't know where to start!

1) The photog was a complete [expletive deleted]!!! He says he wants one thing before the photo shoot and then completely changed his mind once the models came out for the shoot. It's called communication [expletive deleted]...maybe you should try it sometime!! He was purposely trying to make the stylists [expletive deleted] up and I think he was rude and inconsiderate!

2) If Jaclyn says the word "movement" one more time, I will THROW UP!!!! Get this woman off the show already....her 15 min of "refame" are up!!

3) Once again, the editor from Allure magazine looks like [expletive deleted]! They work for a style magazine for god's sake, can't they get someone to style their hair better than that??! It makes me not want to read that magazine anymore since they apparentely can't even make themselves look decent!

4) I was sad to see Daniel go. They didn't "mist" his model, they hosed her down and I felt bad for him.

As a stylist, I give all of them credit. I could never deal with an [expletive deleted] photog like that....I'd probably start crying and walk out on the shoot if I had to deal with someone like him.

Next week will be intense. Dee is my vote!

I don't know what show your watching!! No matter what Nicole does,YOUR going to SLAM her! If you haven't noticed, they all do it, it's called drama. I think all of the stylist did the best they could with something most of them have no experience with. To all of them, best of luck.

I'm surprised that Nicole is singled out for trashing everyone. Charlie is the King Of Trash Talk on this show. He trashes EVERYONE and anyone. Who hasn't he trashed? If he wins, there's no justice.

I've noticed that for years; weird looking stylist! You just can't explain it! Going back to Edith Head who looked like a librarian to Eber tonite! He's still wearing that stupid hat with a hideous loose ponytail! Gack! I can't remember the name of that hair stylist, but he does a quick "Edward Scissorhands" on clients, maybe adding product to individual hairs! lol! He looks like Mick Jagger; very dark, longish mop hair, and quite skinny! Has a partner he works with! They've been featured on Bravo I think! Bizarre characters!

I think she gets it from me because I don't think she should be there! Too often, along with Nikki, they both skated thru challenges sacrificing experienced stylist! Now she walks away with a free pass after the short challenge? She should have been axed after that rat's nest effort!

Nicole.has earned her place just like everyone else has. She fully deserved to win that shortcut challenge. You seem to have a problem with her being young. It just goes to show you, you don't have to be in the industry for 20 years to be good at something. Does she have more to learn.............sure she does, as do the others. I for one commend her for going after her dream. If she's this good now, imagine how great she'll be in the future.

This was just wrong, wrong, wrong! In every other Bravo competition, immunity goes out the window as the finale nears. And Nicole gets an automatic pass into the finale based on the Short Cut challenge? She should have been given some other perk in the Elimination—say, choice of season or more time or some other privilege—but not immunity.

Geez! PR5 is barely out of the gate, and there have already been two no-immunity challenges.

And Daniel couldn't keep his mouth shut about the other contestants.

I really did like Nicole's style for the twins, but she seemed to make up things as she goes about why she does certain things. That probably was a hard thing to do, having one twin go brunette while keeping the other blonde, and so I give her props for that, and she did rock that challenge. They both looked great.

In the elimination challenge, I was a bit sad because I thought I would see something exciting and different, but it did not happen. I liked the idea for the challenge, but the stylists seemed to hold back a bit. Dee is normally my favorite, but her style was not creative just sort of plain, and at least Daniel attempted to do something different. I am still rooting for Dee, but if she had been eliminated last night, I would have understood. I loved Charlie's style last night, and I thought he did deserve to win. Nicole should have stepped out of the box for a minute and go a bit wild since she had immunity.

I will say it again, at least the other stylist have some seniority and history! Nicole does not have the experience to criticize anyone else's work! I don't like any of the designers rating the other's work, but Nicole has no standing, especially when shes wrong; all too often!

Grecco was obviously television struck and felt that he should behave like a spoiled irritating buffon which he did very well. Just for the record at no time on any jobs I have worked on is the hair designed on set but rather in the makeup/hair room before the model is taken onto set. Yes I know this is television however if you are going to show what happens on a shoot at least show some semblance of reality, after all this is a reality contest show. Grecco is a complete jerk and his work is hardly or even remotely avant garde, a word that is subjective and at most relative to what you are shooting. His holier than thou approach to each stylist work should be taken on his mediocre and boring work. Everyone shoots celebrity in L.A. its not uncommon nor does it make you a great photographer.

Well, that would make for great tv, a contestant that doesn't say a word and lets everyone dump on her. And I will also say again, She isn't the only one. For some reason it is obvious you dont care for Nicole, and that's your right. I on the other hand thinks she has a great future ahead of her. Thankfully there are people in the world that think younger people,deserve every opportunity to get ahead in their profession.

Well there is something to be said about being quiet & learning the trade before you become a know-it-all twit! Charlie's a jerk too, but he seems to know what he's doing even if you don't like all his creations! I'm very disappointed in Dee! She seems to have skills, but she's falling back on her comfort zone and not pushing the envelope at all! She was lucky to make to the last 3! Daniel always did just a little more if not a lot! I just knew it would come down to a lame final! Charlie will probably trounce them both!

It's just funny to me, as a hairdresser for 22 years, to see most of charlie's work look like teased up cotton candy messes and the judges love it. I just don't get it.

I agree, but our thoughts don't count in the end! I'm not thrilled with any of the finalist really! The entire season could have been better! There was no Tabatha or Tyson! Charlie is all mouth, Dee hasn't pushed the envelope, and Nicole is just a neophyte with a lot to learn! Another case of the show dropping in quality! They can't find some really great stylists? Sad!! Well we'll see what they do with Top Design! They have another chance to 'WOW' us, but I doubt it! lol!!

Was it last year that they did a photo shoot on SG or on some other show and one of the contestants just kept saying stepping in and couldn't keep his/her hands out of the shoot. It was almost the opposite of last night's shoot where the photographer kept asking the stylists to tweak their styles.
I agree with the people who have excoriated (like that word Dogabone?) the photographer, he was a pain. Not sure I'd go as far and the one passionate poster that couldn't string two sentences together without an expletive, tho'.
I was so impressed with Nicole's short cut challenge--she really got out of the box on that one and well deserved the win. I do agree that a sure place in the finals was a bit over the top for a reward, tho'. And I think Nicole's comments regarding Daniel during the short cut challenge were spot on--I know it was edited but really--I didn't hear him say anything to either of his clients about their lives, and isn't that how you get to know a client's wishes and personality?
In the end, I do think the elimination challenge was pretty lame when it could have been dynamic.
And yeah, what's with Jose Eber. He needs a new look!
The final three are probably who I'd have picked if I were into that altho' Charlie has lost a lot of cred in my book.
I'm hoping Dee takes it all and I'm betting Daniel will be fan fave just 'cuz he is such a prom Q----- uh uh, not going there--I don't want to start a ruckus like on PR a couple of weeks ago.

YES, he was! What got me, he kept talking about his "color pallette". Here's the season: WINTER. What color dress does he have? RED. What color were the extensions? Red. What was his beef? "Why didn't you use platinum? That's more in fitting with winter!"

WHAT AN A$$! Hello! Winter's pallete should have been white and blue and silver and gray. NOT RED, unless you're doing something with green & red and St. Nick. But he wasn't. STUPID!

Although Charlie has been consistently "OK" (I won't necessarily go as far as "great"), his attitude has gotten consistently worse. I realize that as he's won more and more his head has grown, but it's now the size that he has to have doors widened before he can get in a room, and he needs to be a little more humble, a little more nice, and a LOT less Queen [expletive deleted]. He's not that good - he's not that cute - he's not that young to be able to carry it off the way he has. He's turned into a spoiled brat, and that's never attractive.

Yes, the photographer was a male [expletive deleted], but that was very realistic to the real world of fashion drama kings. Most of them aren't nice.

Daniel definitely didn't deserve to go home...after they just got through saying the other chick at the bottom gives the same cuts again and again...then they send him home?! WTF?

I ceased caring when they sent Daniel home! Like you said, they nixed Paulo for the same disconnected cut again and again, then they let Dee get away with just that! Sad, too sad! This final will be a bore from what I can tell from preview! They all seem to be angst'd!!

Okay, . . . to some degree I agree. There is something to be said for learning (understatement of the decade), but for being quiet? I think not. This is a creative and extroverted business.
Nicole certainly shows that she has a creative gene, but needs to learn more but she should never be quiet. Exchanging ideas, opinions and attitudes makes our business fun and flourish. Unfortunatly, Dee suffers the same ill-training that a lot of new stylist have been experiencing. She's mastered the bob and is banking on it's longivity. Or at least that is what I have gotten from her efforts to date. Lack of basic education may limit her even more in the near future.
I have always encouraged new stylists to learn the basics. Without them you're yesterday's news. If you can't perm; you won't make it through the next trend. If you can't set hair; you'll miss out on some great opportunities to showcase your work. If you can't tease; you're doomed. But basic cuts, the 0 level, 90, and 180 degree can't be emphasised enough. All style starts with basics and your creativity determines their uniqueness.
I'll miss Daniel. This guy knew his basics and how to apply them to the task. He did the avant garde. .. as was noted; Dee did not. Daniel listened and even paid attention. His mistake was not asking the question. .. "how wet do you want her hair to look in your product?"
Can't wait to see what Charlie does to win this farce (sic) . So far he's shown nothing but the ability to capture the attention of everyone for his lack of talent and attitude. Acutally this style was one of his best but still not Avant Garde.
Perhaps Nicole will win since at least she's willing to take a chance. (even if it means showing her inexperience)
Enough of my ranting.

Spent 5 miserable months in Austin Tx. back in 2000! It was hot, humid, with the air quality of China now! Even at 10 pm when I left my office, it was stifling! Perot paid me well though! lol!!

Hi everyone, I have watched all the episodes but haven't posted anything about this show, but after watching the last episode I have to say how ridiculous I think the judging is. I couldn't believe Dee did another bob and I was so sure that she was a goner because it seems she can't do anything but a bob, but no Daniel goes. In watching the previews for next week it seems like Dee is trying to get her model to agree to a cut that resembled another bob, oh how I hope she gets the model to agree. That would be too funny. The model in the preview is saying no way and then it shows Dee flailing all over the place. Looks good. I really should be over getting upset about the judging on these shows, lord knows I've watched enough to know the importance of drama and fairness doesn't enter into the equation at all. Have a great weekend.

All the shows are like that I think! You may have it in you to talk someone into something they may not want, or you do it because you believe the judges would give you extra credit for telling the client what they needed to hear! Who knows why they do it! How many time did you hear Nicole just refusing to let these people keep their hair? She chops it off at every opportunity including that blond wig! She's giving her look to each client! lol!! I just commented that Dee hasn't expanded her comfort zone at all! Paulo did the same thing with the disconnects! I really don't need to see the final episode. From the beginning Charlie has come out smelling like a rose and most of his styles have look like garbage. So of course the winner is Charlie the judges have picked him from the start. I mean, how do they justify keeping him on the dog challenge when he admitted he refused to do it. Maybe Nakisha didn't do a great job but at least she did do the challenge. And the Avant guard challenge the hair was a frizzy mess and surprise he wins. It is a joke.

Nicole is mediocre, Charlie is talented but a jerk, and Dee does the same haircut over and over, and her color technique is horrible.

Without Daniel, there is no reason to watch the finale. And I thought cutting Paulo was a bad move last week. Getting rid of Daniel was an EPICALLY BAD MOVE!

5 misrable months? LOL you barely even had a chance to experience anything about Austin. Sorry that you were working for NHIC. . . that company had plenty of problems, and bringing in the big dogs to straighten it out didn't do much for the company!

True story...I was driving home from work Wednsday, I work from 3pm-11pm, I did not have my cell with me, and there are no tv's at the factory...Just as I turned onto my street I cried "NO not my Daniel!!!"...

Exactly! If they are going to send someone home for sticking to one style then they should at least be consistent about it! I really think Dee should have gone home instead of Daniel her style was just plain boring and not very intresting. I'm definitely not looking forward to that finale. I'm sure Charlie will win and that just irritates me!!!

After seeing Paolo go home last week, the only person I felt I had left to look forward to was Daniel, and now he's gone TOO!!!!!! I feel a little bad for him--he didn't realize his photographer was going to use SO MUCH water...

I have NEVER been so frustrated....Nicole is cute, but has NO BUSINESS in the position she's in. All she learned in school (5 tiny years ago) was how to B.S. (when she cut Dee's Mom's hair...she should have been OUT...that was TRAGIC) I love Daniel...Dee, not so much, and Charlie is kind-of an obnoxious pig. I think Dee is a great stylist but something about her....she AND Charlie are sooooo cocky and Nicole has no talent . I'm with you--Lord knows I'll be watching BUT this WHOLE season has lost it for me. Really, the challenges have been silly, the judges ICK,and the stylists aren't good enough or interesting enough to care about.

I am sad that Daniel is gone. I thought he did the most consistent work out of them all. Was he ever even in the bottom. I'm not sure yet who to root for as Paulo and Daniel were my favorites.

Good, GREAT point...! You are so right... he's entertaining... just NOT my cup! I have worked with a bunch of Charlie's.. at least at the end of an hour he goes away...At the Salon, however, he's back in the morning...morning after morning after morn(you get the idea!)

Well if you mean "Pro's" as in professional...then YES actually. For 23 almost 24 years I have been a stylist...a very busy stylist as a matter of fact. Isn't this the whole point of message boards-sharing thoughts with eachother? Why so snippy? -ha! No pun intended....

Not trying to be snippy, It's just that alot of people are just tearing these contestants to shreds. Yes, everybody is entitled to their opinion, but my goodness. It's a reality show, what would it be without the drama, which they encourage. Didn't mean to offend, but as you said, just sharing my thoughts.
