I'm so there...LOL...

Isome
Sandhurst & Jonathon are my favorites. I'm growing increasingly annoyed w/Jordan & Salome.
Isome
Jonathon's makeover is not good. It seems like the darker hair and eyebrows overpower his features. I hope this doesn't work against him tonight!
Isome
Wow... loved Jonathon's runway on the heelies! He did GREAT! It's a good thing they liked Sandhurst's little dance on his heelies (sp).
TCPhil
Well Jordan did her little "happy dance"...Yawn...Bran(I'm especially not gay)den's youth is starting to show...I notice that none of them seem to be following the trainers advice, Sandhurst still using that huge bowl, Bran(I'm especially not gay)den and bacon...So Jonathan wears a size 10 shoe-hhhhmmm I wonder-oh sorry private musing...Buh bye Jordan...
Isome
*OUCH* That's too bad for Jordan. But I was tired of her boney hips, anyway. She'll be fine, no doubt.

Right ON!! Couldn't happen soon enough! Karma's a real biatch! "You did one too many "happy dances" GIRL!"

What is the name of the photographer judge with the clipped accent who always wears sunglasses? I don't like him. :ohmy.gifn Edit:: His name is Perou (pronounced Per-rue).

Jonathon tried to explain that he was confused about not being in more photos b/c the photographer at the shoot that day seemed to encourage him to keep doing what he was doing. The judge misconstrued it as Jonathon making an excuse, when all he was actually doing was showing his inexperience in the business.

At the end Tyson told Jonathon that despite what the photographer says, a model should give him a different look that he "didn't know" he wanted... just in case.

WTF? That is contradictory advice!!

In other episodes they tell the aspiring models to follow the direction of the photographer at the shoot... learn to follow the photogs directions... blah blah blah.

Sometimes the dialog on this show can be so contrived!!
Isome
Stupid Salome! She said she thought extensions or weaves were "only" for Black people. ha ha haha... She has no clue about the modeling industry if she thought that!

How did she think the models went from short hair to long hair in record time... sometimes from one picture to the next?

gomjabbar36
These models are not very attractive. NOT one of them is model material let alone Supermodel material. The 1st season had lots of attractive people.....I wonder what happened for season 2?

I watched the selection process during the first espisode and saw lots of really attractive people audition but for some reason it looks like the casting person went out of their way NOT to select any of them for the final pool that the judges would choose from.

I have not watched since the first episode so I turned it on again for a minute tonight thinking maybe I was wrong...but nope...they are all still not supermodel material.

Like some of the judges have said previously....he/she is boyfriend/girlfriend pretty NOT model pretty.

I actually think supermodel pretty is more quirky than everyday pretty. The remaining participants are attractive and have that youthful glow & energy and have no less supermodel potential than last seasons winners.

Actually since it was people from outside the industry that decided on who stayed in the competition in the first season, it stands to reason that their looks are more appealing to those outside of the industry.

Finally saw him! Missed the makeover watching Law & Order! That was horrible! He stood out so much better with the blond hair! The dark hair and brows suck! Oh well, I'll take him anyway! lol!! Sandhurst wasn't touched! Just perfection I guess even eating that huge bowl of cereal! lol!!

Again I don't get this show. How can one so called international photographer be the only opinion that counts when Salome "for whatever reason" seems to be other photographers' darling? Tonight he seemed to simply brush off other professionals' expertise in the field! What makes him God "hiding" underneath those glasses and wearing such ridiculous gear? "in the name of fashion" I forgot! And worst of all - criticizing a WOMAN'S HEALTHY BODY! Hey isn't he aware that the majority of European countries passed a law some time ago NOT ALLOWING unhealthy skinny looking models to work on the fashion shows? Salome is not pencil thin THANK GOD! Does she need to be careful and work on her body? yes ALL OF US do for healthy reasons... Time has changed but this "authority" seems to be stuck on BARBIE. I wish some of the other female judges would comment on this topic - maybe they are not allowed? mmm As for Jordan leaving? well I was TIRED of her constant complaining and loving the fact that her "enemy" left... Again "what class".

Definitions of attractive vary... especially when
it comes to photography. Mountaha, for instance, is really not conventionally pretty at all (not even going to start on her godawful skin) - yet she photographs well most of the time. On the other hand, CJ, who really was conventionally pretty, didn't last long and delivered rather boring pictures even after they dyed her hair and eliminated the "Playboy playmate" look.
Of course, I myself was constantly puzzled at the judges making comments like "Gabriel, you're one of the most beautiful people here" and Amanda getting all doe-eyed over him - that emo-boy was downright disgusting with his perpetual pout and wet lips. Ugh.

You should know they titled the show supermodel because it sounds more appealing than plain old model, realistically, how are they going to find a supermodel that isn't already in the makings by being signed with a top agency, has the right starting age, and another thing look at the boards of top agencies, my definition of supermodel would be a model who is known by people who don't follow the industry, like Gisele or Tyson etc, and really you don't find that many of them, even the ones who are top models aren't really super yet.

BTW I think the show is too lenient on age, I mean some of the girls are 22 and up, they are already being put in a very slim spot, 18 or 19 like Branden would be ideal.

Wow. Now I'm a true believer in Karma. Jordan's consistant "Ha! Glad they're gone" has finally caught up with her. IMO, her ego & her oddly even teeth were enough for me to want her off from episode 1.

Funny... um like hilariously like funny like (get it?) how she was off like the week after like the one she hated most: like Amanda.

Then, remember when either Salome or Mountaha won the go-see & took Jordan along? She said how irritating everyone is... and [salome or mountaha] said, "Yeah I know... Including you." She looked at them like they had to be kidding. "Judge not lest ye be judged".

Re: Salome's weave comment- Amish & orthodox Mennonite culture do not have access to most popular culture. So if you have only seen folks in their plain attire, you don't know all the ins & outs. She's come a long way into the worldly stuff... considering.

At this point I'm hoping that Sandhurst or Branden take #1, Salome, Jonathan or Mountaha are #2.

Oh... and I didn't buy Clark Kent's 'virgin' thing.

The only thing better than seeing Jordan get voted off was seeing Amanda get the boot. I am hoping Mountaha wins. I like her look, she can be edgy or soft and she has a nice personality. I know that doesn't count for much in the modeling agency but its nice and refreshing to see. I think beauty comes as much from within as it is an appearance thing.

I was hoping Jordan would be gone long ago because of nasty little attitude, but I screamed as if it where a touch down in the super bowl when Tyson told her "we cant make you into a super model!" She was always starting a fight with everyone well now she is finally out of here! laugh.gif laugh.gif laugh.gif

I am hoping for the final 3 to be
Mountaha, Sandhurst and Jonathan wub.gif

Your message was verbatim my thoughts...like I had written it myself. All I wanted to say was...."Jordan's gone...Jordan's gone....Jordan's gone....YAYYYY!!!" She has been so nasty the entire season and was clearly sooo very jeaslous of Amanda. I loved that Jordan was the next to go...and all she could say was she was mad and thought it wasn't fair. TOO BAD JORDAN...couldn't have happened to a more deserving person..your are gone. She was never model material to begin with.....way to skinny, the body of a young boy, and those front teeth of hers...she is not at all attractive and when she opens her mouth she only makes herself more unattractive.

This is my first time on the board...so here is my opinion of the show. First and foremost...it is called MAKE me a Supermodel. Nicole is HORRIBLE at being mentor, she is rude, no help, and a total biatch. Tyson is just suppose to stand there, look good, and give that same expression on his face everytime someone is voted off and contradict himself in every episode. They bring NOTHING to the table for helping these contestants. They let the judges eat them up, spit them out, then have nothing to say for anyone of them in their defense except to throw them deeper under the bus.

I am not a Jordan fan, thought she was a 21 year-old brat, but she took good pictures and was in a damn if you do, damn if you don't situation with those STUPID shoes. Jonathan should of been sent home...he needs to get back to work to support his family, and the only photo of him was with his eyes closed.

Perou is a total IDIOT. Is he the ONLY photographer with a good eye in the world? How dare they say that Salome has only one look, because she has won more Photo Competitions than anyone. Who cares if that is her one look, I have only seen judge Jenny in ONE LOOK.

How can Sandhurst say that Salome's body is insane when the judges think she is fat? Why is the network calling out Salome all the time about her religious upbringing. Anyone raised in that environment would NOT know weaves, Rock in Roll, Sex Pistols, and 60s looks. Why are they harping on the fact that Jonathan is going into debt because he is trying to win this stupid competition.

If this show is really called "Make me a Supermodel" then I would like to see MORE instructions and less what they are doing wrong. They should be a positive reinforcement not some over-the-hill group that is trying to break down these 20 year olds.

I hope Salome or Sandhurst wins...but really what ever happened to Season 1 winner and where are they today?

Only my opinion.

MMASFan
I havnet watched the last 3 episodes because - well - umm - the show is not what it was last season. I just cant figure out why it was all changed. How is it that The Fashion Show - rocked the first episode and the judges and hosts just seemed natural?

This Judging panel - okay well basically its Merlin and Peru that cheapen this show which could be so good. I guess that's the killer in this - MMAS could be SUCH a good show. Peru is really just ridiculous and I kinda feel bad for him. Did anyone see the preview of what he is wearing next week? I used to think that Miss Jay from ANTM was a bit ridiculous but at least he owns it. I have to say that Jenny is fantastic - she is giving them advice to make them better and Merlin and Peru are just being critical of these kids that have yet to learn how to model.

My advice for next season - make it more "Big Brother" like - set them up in a house that is full of cameras. Make it real time like the first season. Bring back Corey - people like him. Hand the riegns over to Jenny as the host. She is just a natural when she speaks and we can take her seiously. Bravo - the cheesy shows are the ones with the mean judges. Tysen is really cute but he is just a robot when he talks. Move Tysen in the house with them for a weekend bring a young female model to mentor them but really mentor them cause there isnt any of that happening. Move her into the house for a weekend. This show has such potential - I'm telling you do the Big Brother set up. We can listen in on all the real dirt and the models will be way more relaxed without a crew around them all the time so we will get some dirt from the house.

Oh and most importantly give America back the vote. Its one of the reasons we watched. The producers of this show need to spend a Saturday watching an old season of Big Brother. Good luck - now dont F**k it up.

There is a lot to be said for karma....what goes around???
Although I doubt that Jordan "get's it". She is just too immature to realize that all tha drama she creates, all the negative energy she has, does not benefit her....so just happy to say..."JORDAN'S GONE....JORDAN'S GONE....JORDAN'S GONE......HURRAY!!! It will be nice to watch the rest of the season without having to listen to her jealousy dishing Amanda. Not sure which one of them says "LIKE" thos most, but it sounds ridiculous from them both.

I am pulling for Sandhurst. He just has that supermodel look and I love his spirit and personality. I am guessing a guy will win this season since a girl won last season. I like both Salome and Moutaha..frankly, I like all the reamaining people. The trouble makers are gone...YAY!!

How did Jordan ever get on the show to begin with? She doesn't have the facial features, her bunny teeth don't cut it, and she is waaaaayyy too thin, built like a boy.

I disagree for the most part, because the 6 that were left are definitely supermodel material - they know how to create the right angles and look great in their pictures. Most of the time "pretty, attractive" people do not make supermodels because they do not have an edge or give the industry a new look. I watch ANTM too and this past season had one of the strangest looking females ever and she created amazing photos (Allison for those of you who watch the show). Now some of the people who have been voted out this season were not attractive and I did not see their potential, but I think everyone from episode 10 to the end will have a successful career in modeling regardless.
vlsm23
The remaining models are really kinda close in talent so I was actually one of the only people to be sad to Jordan go, I guess. She was catty and annoying at times, but I really could not stand Amanda. I thought Jordan did deliver on her photos and her walk was great, but she thought she had the best walk and that became her weakness. She should have ditched the heelys and did her normal walk, but then Jonathan probably would have gone home. I do not want him to go home, he is gorgeous, even with the bad dye job. He is my vote for favorite, so if he does not win it all he can at least take $10K home to his wife and child.

I think they should have sent Salome home because the naive routine has gotten old - she can also deliver on photos, but only after someone helps her out. So you had a sheltered upbringing, you are in an industry now that takes no prisoners and has no sympathy. Sorry.

I do agree that they should not have taken away the voting, I liked that about season 1. Especially towards the end. Reading the posts it seems like fans are not happy with the judges sometimes, and I think the fans should decide the ultimate fate. I do not think the final 5 would be too different at this point, but I do not want to be angry at the final decision either.

GREAT QUESTION!!!

It would be nice to see and hear some updates on the Season 1 contestants but BRAVO is not giving us any of it. Not even reruns.

WHY!?!?

What is up BRAVO????

Your Make Me a Supermodel audience LOVED Season 1 and its contestants and would be very interested to see how they have put to use alll the things they learned on your show. What is Holly up to? We've seen Shannon pop up on some of your other shows here and there. Tell us about Frankie, Casey, and Perry. I know for a fact they have projects they are involved with. Sure, you gave us 2 measly interviews with Ronnie and Ben on your blog, but we want more!

Have some respect for your viewers. Give us what we want.

And as long as I am on a roll here...What is up with the editing of Season 2. All we get to see of the contestants in the house is them sitting around airing their petty grievances against one another...or whining about this or that. This is not entertainment. How can we get to know and care about these folks if that is all we see?

Now, the extra video clips that have been posted on your website. Those are hilarious. Those are fun and entertaining. Why not put some of that on the show so we can see the fun interactions and antics that are going on between the contestants in the house. These people have some creative and fun personalities. Show us!

I'm just saying...

Are you kidding me Jordan was great if not one of the BEST!

BY THE WAY..like I told my friend...It's the modeling industry, there is no sharing the title and you have to be a strong cut throat B*tch to get to the top...if you don't like it then get out.

You people it's CALLED EDITING!

Of course in every reality TV (NOT SO REALITY) show they have to have THE BAD GUY, THE WHINER, THE CUTE ONE, THE SHY ONE, THE SEXY ONE, THE ALL AMERICAN ONE, AND MORE...It's all a part of what keeps you drawn to the show. They needed give you someone to hate, so of course during editing lets pick Jordan! When I'm sure there was plenty of other people saying bad things about everyone else!

Bradon
should have gone in my opinion, he is not strong in his pictures and his walk is awful. Honestly I think he is too young. The modeling industry will chew him up and spit him out with no mercy.

Kristar
Jordan gone - no surprise there, I mean someone had to go. She was the weakest to me. SANDHURST - I loved the little dance, again shows your creative side. Nobody else dared to go outside of the box. You go boy and win this game. Voted for you!!!

The reason Salome is a bit clueless about such things

is because she grew up within a Mennonite Society.

That is like The Amish with Electricity. This girl is an

incredible Model. She has a lot to learn considering she

has not long since living in another century sort of.

Yeah...and I don't think I'm the only one.

Any one can search the internet and find out for themselves what each model is up to...it's not hard...but that is not the point.

Is a little "Where are they now" segment too much to ask? Audiences LOVE those...

Glad she is gone too. Talk about an attitude. Curious to know if the judges watch their personalities in the house as well.
Didn't like Jonathon's hair at all. Looked like a bad dye job. He was gorgeous with the blond hair. Now he looks like everyone else. I am still hoping he wins though.

Does Jenny Shumizu have a mother in a Geico commercial? There's a woman who looks just like her, but older.

There are a lot of comments again about the voting. I am honestly glad they got rid of it; I felt the voters turned it into a "who I think is sooo cute and nice" contest, and knocked off most of the better models. (If it were up to the voters, I'm sure Colin would beat out Sandhurst and Jonathan.) On the other hand, I think the judges are nuts, too, so... it really doesn't matter either way to me.

I agree with the commenter who said bring Cory back and make Jenny the host. Tyson could keep a spot on the panel, for consistency's sake... but definitely lose Nicole, that voice is grating as hell.

I was kinda glad to see Jordan go, but at the same time, pretty surprised, because she was one of best walkers and most photogenic from the onset. This season belongs to the men anyway, though!

I reeeally hope Jonathan manages to rock the new hair, or that they'll let him undo it... still rooting for him. He just has "it."

I think Sandhurst is refreshing; he's one of the only people in the house-- scratch that, on reality tv-- that maintains his humanity, humility and sense of humor. That said, I don't think he is terribly photogenic from the neck up. Hate to say it.

Salome is stunning. She does give one face in her photos, but no one's been giving her any criticism, and maybe she'll mix it up now. As far as her body goes... the walk might need work, but her body doesn't. In fact, her body is insanely hot! I understand that a flat, skinny body makes for a good coat hanger, but it's not just about the design, it's about the women in them! The fashion industry has created such a ridiculous standard for beauty-- and really, it's just not that attractive! Does anyone really think Hana Skeletor Soukupova is more attractive than Salome? Ew, no way.

Mountaha has a neat look, and a slamming walk. She's definitely the dark horse. Winning immunity now for the first time? Best time to win it.

Brandon has a lot to learn. I do sort of wish he went out before Jordan, because I have never been too impressed by his pictures or his walk. Ah well. He's certainly more tolerable. I'm guessing he'll be out next week, but we'll see... I didn't see Kerryn's elimination coming.

And that's all I got...
