I just started watching QE and it's my new favorite show! I've been telling all my guy friends to watch it so they can get out of their boring, straight-guy style ruts and become fabulous! The FAB 5 is the perfect mix of comedy, sensitivity, genious, and SMOKIN'-HOTNESS! I love them! xoxo

My favorite is Thom. Holy moly is that man hot. Too bad I'm a straight girl! LOL But I think the one with the best sense of humor out of all of them is Ted. He's just so dry he cracks me up. Carson is great too and definitely the anchor of the show. Kyan and Jay are both so sweet and cute... jeez I love them all. This is the only show I watch on TV right now; I even watch the reruns over and over. Maybe I need therapy? ;-)
They have so many good quotes! I was cracking up when Ted and Thom were freaking out about the Toale family using plastic cups at their party... and Thom goes, "And this is at their house! Imagine if they were having a picnic!" He cracks me up.

Only show watched, reruns too..."Doc, we got another one!" Therapy sessions are currently booked up - you'll have to go on the waiting list which is currently a little over a year long.

LOVE THEM ALL!!!! I'm totally addicted to the show. Everytime it comes on and I'm at home, I watch it. It doesn't matter if I've seen that particular episode over and over agian, I'll still sit there and watch. I honestly get a load of advice from the show and I love the show so much because the guys are SO funny. I always like to see them go through the house and make comments about how horrible it is and how horrible these straight guys intially look.
I think Kyan is so gorgeous. I love the show and actually live in Ireland. The show is very popular in the UK. Keep more of it coming, because Kyan Douglas is one hot babe!
The Fab 5 is simply amazing with their level of professionalism, knowledge, humor, and grace. It's such a pleasure to watch each and every episode and appreciate everything they have done for us "straight" men out here. I definitely look forward to watching more episodes and having a blast! If the Fab 5 would only come to Hawai'i...that'd be pretty sweet!!!

Aloha everybody, Newbie here from the Big Island of Hawaii. I love this show. I watch it all the time. My two favorite episodes so far has to be "Greek Chic" and "Mountain Man". I love the little remarks carson says about George and his friends. And is it just me or do they make references to the Movie "Bring It On" alot. I just about peed my pants when Carson said "Looks like a torro in the atmosphere". And when none of my family got the joke I just about died. Everytime the episode of the "mountain man" comes on I watch it. But for some reason I can't remember his name. But he has such a great family and I was feeling the same as carson when he said "I want them to adopt me".
Sorry this is kinda long but I love this show so much. I've never missed one episode. I hope they all stay with the show and it goes on for a long time.

You're my fave on here too, in fact I was wishing you lived here in Buffalo; I don't know about other joints across the nation, but if you were here then we could hang at Marcella's. Girl, the bodies are hot and they let you touch them! And it is very safe - nothing goes beyond dancing and there's no pressure or tense atmosphere. I really think Jai's necklace is so cute; you know the silver one with a J..... I wonder where he got it? Any ideas...

I used to ride competitively in my early teens. I had a certain talent in the dressage ring, but wasn't marked out by the gods for Greater Things. I just wasn't that curiosity - the Stunning All-Rounder.
I competed in the 3-day event, right up until a friend of mine had a horrifying fall at a steeply-banked jump, got caught under the struggling horse and reduced his elbow and forearm to orthopaedic confetti. The gazillion fragments were wired and pinned and the whole thing was just hoooooriible.
And that freaked me out. I just didn't have the balls you need to go gang-busters over the big natural jumps. So, I just hack in an almost sedate way now.
I was thrilled to see that Carson was an equestrian.
The classes and schedules are different here. I don't know if he competes in dressage or what the gig is for the events he enters.
My eye went straight to his forearms and beautiful hands. My word. Forget Pilates. Spend hour upon hour manipulating the pliant reins of a double-bridle and it will give you such a totally hot look!
I read a section on celeb "design-bloopers" in "Out" magazine and Carson said that on his bedroom wall he had two whips that made his guests go "...omigod, do you use those?"
Hee-hee, I have a dressage whip and a beautifully braided, kanagroo hide crop on my wall - and yes, they are a converstion piece.
Has anyone got Carson in the saddle on their site anywhere?

I think they would fall over and die if they entered my kitchen I have owned my kitchen table for 10 + years and its a bit wobbly to say the least, I have no windows in the kitchen as I live in a basement apt so its not bright and cheery, dark and glum comes to mind I have a god awful bakers rack that at the time thought was a good deal as I found it outside on a curb but I got so much crap on it I caint just get rid of it, my tiles on the kitchen floor are a state my cabinet color is a dark brown which intensify's the dark n gloomy effect and Thom would just loveeeeeeeeeee my collection of farm animals that adore the kitchen.. I know they would have fun playing with them! I would be so embarresed now that I think of it for them to come in, oooo I swear every woman needs a Thom in there lives

I have a flail whip (5 strands), sword, and crossbow hanging on my wall...daggers didn't look right up there. They're real but PURELY for decoration - honest! I know, I know, Thom would probably have a hissy fit, but I think they are properly placed...I think. Ok, I'm so ashamed. *hangs head*

Omg, I could never subject Thom to this horror! It would be my living and dining room because they are connected by a triple-wide open doorway so they are practically one room. There's a sagging futon (hanging head) in my living room, a bakers rack in the corner holding my candle holders, the entertainment center is not made of the best material and is sagging in the center. My bookshelf barely contains my books, my computer center - well I'm not even going there, there's another baker's rack in the dining room next to the apartment sized freezer, the table is back in the corner with computer stuff all over it and boxes underneath it. There's a glass table in the middle of the dining room, at least I think it's glass...I can't remember the last time I saw the top. On the up side, I like my curtains and I love the artwork I have hanging up. The textured gray and off-black checkered rug laid throughout it is nice though, and I have tiered candles in the fireplace. Oh, and I love my candle sconces too. However, after watching the show, I'm really hoping to have this place together by the summer.

Hi guys well My name is Carlos i am 5'6 Thining Brown hair, light brown eyes, and I have no sense of style. The clothes I wear are average, the way I try to act is crappy most of the time. The only time I feel like im truely myself is when I am doing martial arts. Well I just don't know what todo everyone tells me I am cute, but the clothes I wear, the way I act completely throws me the wrong way. Anyway I am probably the most clueless person when it comes to fashion, attitude, grooming...my hair is thining and I don't really know how to wear it right. I wear glasses 90 percent of the time but it doesn't look good. I just want to completely change my whole image for the better. I just don't know where to start or what todo. Someone help me please...or I am going to be spending many lonely nights.

They would be more likely to succeed and reuse the project/tips if it was only a couple steps up from where they are rather than at the top of the staircase. Yes, I know the show needs to create stress for "a show", but I would hope you really don't mean to waste all your skills and leave these guys just as clueless as you found them.
Carson, you constantly amaze me - for all your flakey behavior, your skill, your taste and your ability to get these guys to upgrade is fantastic. (Please get them good hangers for these beautiful clothes so you don't get a sad repeat of watching them get shoved into drawers.)

Hey you guys. Another Queer Eye fan here, my faves are ted and kyan. Although Carson is really funny. Hey in the last episode about the toupee, Thom was wearing a plaid jacket. Anyone know anything about this jacket.
Love this show! What can I say!? Thom is such a sweetie and Carson is HILLARIOUS!! Kyan is hot, Jay is a cutie and Ted is great too. Jay actually used to work with my uncle a few years ago. I thought that that was pretty cool.

Hey there, haven't I seen you somewhere before? lol - well if you are the same Carlos from the hip tips board, you'll probably see where I said to go to a hair stylist first and ask for a style that will fit your face. Another change that will look big but really isn't, would be to try disposable contact lenses instead of glasses. They are cheaper than the permanent hard contacts and are less likely to break while sparring, lol
And martial arts is about discipline, right? Seems to me you have found the answer for your crappy attitude. First, smile when you greet someone - even if it is just a nod of your head...a slight smile works wonders. Next, if you're talking to someone, look them in the eyes. This let's them know you are listening to what they say. Understand that meanings can sometimes be miscontrued, so if something someone says seems confusing and angers you, stop a minute and in a calm way say, "I'm sorry, what did you mean by that?" DON'T chew or smack on gum while talking to a superior or anyone in authority and when you shake hands, always make sure it is a firm shake to let the person know you take them seriously. Whew! lol - that's about it for me.

First, smile when you greet someone - even if it is just a nod of your head...a slight smile works wonders. Next, if you're talking to someone, look them in the eyes. This let's them know you are listening to what they say. Understand that meanings can sometimes be miscontrued, so if something someone says seems confusing and angers you, stop a minute and in a calm way say, "I'm sorry, what did you mean by that?" DON'T chew or smack on gum while talking to a superior or anyone in authority and when you shake hands, always make sure it is a firm shake to let the person know you take them seriously. Whew! lol - that's about it for me.

The answer, of course, is all of them. And not only that, the horrification would begin before they even entered my apartment, as they passed through my neighborhood. Cars parked on lawns, people's dogs running loose through the streets...
But my apartment's decor theme can be summed in one word: Clutter. I have a hard time letting go of old belongings; I cant get organized, I let things pile up. I would shake this whole apartment into the dumpster, though, if it meant a redesign by the most attractive man in the world.
You would have a hell of time getting me to leave and go shopping with Carson. I love the guy, but I would want to stay at home and pester Thom with all sorts of questions...I have a million things I want to ask him. He wouldnt even be able to get any work done. I would be mixing him drinks and trying to be charming...his crew would be so annoyed.

Wit is by far my largest priority when it comes to men. So okay, hands down, my second fave is Ted! He would be so easy to hang out with. The guy is just so down to earth and razor sharp. He would have me in stitches, but he would also be able to let me be able to finish a sentence without cutting in to make a joke.
Carson would be my third favorite, because he is funny, but I have a feeling that it would be all about him. When I read interviews and see him interact with people, he loves to interrupt someones sentence to get the crack in. It is hilarious, but I think if I were around him all the time, it might start seeming like he is stealing my thunder. You know?
Oh, and the area they could help me out in is they could add to the paltry sum of witty friends I have that just enjoy good conversation and good drinks.

Some 15 years ago, an informal exchange of Saddle Seat riders for International competitions began between the United States and South Africa. Saddle Seat equitation, a style of horseback riding unique at that time to the United States, had its first opportunity to go International. At this time the seat was ridden mostly on the American Saddlebred breed of horse although the seat was gaining popularity in the Morgan, National Show Horse and Arabian breeds. This exchange was initiated by South African Pietie Joubert, heading the South African Amateur Saddlebred Union (SAASU). He contacted the American Saddlebred Horse Association in hopes of spreading the popularity of the beautiful style of riding. South Africa was introduced to the art of Saddle Seat Equitation when they began importing the American Saddlebred in the early 20th century.
